On arrival I was greeted with a very nice Office staff. I needed to fill out some paperwork with no problems. At my appointment time I was guided to the xray area and right after I was in the counseling room. All my questions been answered knowledge able and very patiently.
Then I was guided again with a very nice Office worker, into the treatment room where I got a little apprehensive ( I have a real fear from dental treatments).
There I was greeted by the absolute nicest Orthodentist I could wished for. Dr Clements explained every questions I had very nicely and with great humor .
Then he sets. the anesthesia as gentle as he could and I did not even sweat one anxiety perl.
I give a 10 + for this excellent team.
If I had to pull another tooth this is the team I prefer and the go to group.
Thank you guys for being so down to earth.

Dr Riley is amazing at helping individuals feel comfortable for surgery and post-operation. He explained things in detail and so far, we have no experienced any complications from surgery.
However, the billing department needs some work. When I signed all the paperwork, I was informed that they would be working with a lab department for my daughter's case. I was not informed as to who this lab was and if there was a separate cost, therefore I assumed that it was part of the thousands I was already paying. Come to find out months later there is an outstanding balance to the lab who has now sent me a bill. When I called Benicia Oral to get some answers, they are telling me they can't clarify the bill because it's from their lab. I explained to them this is unprofessional because I never knew a separate cost was going to occur and this bill for 600$ is not something to sneeze at in this economy. They insist they informed me that a lab would be involved and I explained to them yes, I knew a lab would be involved but why am I coordinating between their affiliate and myself, that is THEIR job. And they simply said they can't help me and to call their lab. I am now coordinating my insurances and their lab, by myself, and have to explain to everyone that I was left in the dark and this bill wasn't unpaid on purpose.
Oh, they also allowed the bill to be place in my daughter's name even though I signed papers to be the financier for her whole account so she wouldn't have any medical bills on her credit. So now I have to fix that too.

The team did a great job making me feel comfortable. They are very professional, Friendly, and did a great job with the surgery. It didn’t take long. They communicated well throughout the whole process prior, and after surgery. I’m very satisfied, and would recommend to anyone.

I only went in for a consultation, but the staff and dentist were very kind and personable. I had to drive 5 hours from Far Northern California, so I was anxious and exhausted to say the least. I haven't had my procedure yet, but they were far nicer and more thorough than my local dentistry that gave me my referral.

I arrived 15 minutes early, and I walked out a very satisfied patient. The staff were friendly, clearly explained the process and procedures. When everything was done, I was just very surprised. Good job!
Now, yesterday, I returned for the actual procedure. As before , I arrived early, signed in, and was welcomed to sit in the dental chair. Some of the procedure was easy, and one part was difficult, but I was very pleased to be out in just 20 minutes. Here I am 24 hours later, happy and relieved.
