If I could give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would. Having had a complicated history, I miraculously found Dr Smith and her team. She’s an artist and a doctor of unmatched skill and heart. She’s listens. She hears. She is a perfectionist with unending patience. Everyone on her team is also excellent, particularly Caroline. Together, she and Dr Smith are the dynamic duo! My hope was for a perfect combo of comfort and aesthetics. They nailed it. Thank you for giving me a reason to smile again as well as the actual ability to do so. I recommend the practice without reservation.

After being a patient at Berks Prosthodontics for the past four years, I can confidently say this practice sets the standard for exceptional patient care. From my very first appointment, I have consistently been treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion.
Dr. Smith and her incredible team—Caroline, MC, and Elaine—continue to go above and beyond to make patients feel valued, respected, and truly cared for. Their individualized approach to patient care & attention to detail have exceeded my expectations at every visit. They don’t just provide outstanding dental care—they created an environment where I felt comfortable, heard, and important.
The level of customer service at Berks Prosthodontics is second to none. It’s rare to find a practice where every team member is equally dedicated to providing such an exceptional experience.

Would highly recommend. Dr. Smiths attention to detail is amazing. I’m extremely happy with the outcome of the work I had done. All of the staff is wonderful there !! The office was very accommodating to get a few adjustments taken care of in a timely manner.

Dr. Andrea Smith and staff are nothing short but exceptional!
I along with my son have been patients there for over 4 years. I have had multiple procedures, including implants, bondings and cosmetic work done and Dr. Andrea Smith is truly an artist.
Walking into my first appointment I was greeted with a warm atmosphere and many smiles along with professionalism from her staff.
Dr. Smith sits down with her patients and really gets to know them. She will explain in detail all of her thoughts and what would be the best course of treatment for you. I could not say enough wonderful things about Berks Prosthodontics. It truly has been an amazing journey to a beautiful smile.

Having dental work done is never fun but Dr. Andrea and her staff did their best to make me feel welcome (and she has a great sense of humor). I decided to have my crown done there because the other area dental practices are starting to look like assembly lines more than care givers. Dr. Andrea and her staff offer personalized dental work with attention to detail that I greatly appreciated.
