My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed today. The staff was great! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Tracy was fantastic and very confident. Procedure was flawless and only took 45 minutes. My daughter was sent home with a t-shirt, a delicious pint of ice cream and four rx's to take during recovery. She felt very comfortable here and when/if the time comes, I'll be taking my other daughters to Billings Oral Surgery.

I had to have procedure done, The reception upfront was so kind and helpful Got me all checked in quick and easy. The nurse that brought me back for my appointment was also very kind and put me at ease so I wasn鈥檛 so nervous. Dr Tracy came in introduced himself and explain what the procedure entail. He did an outstanding job and had me stitched up and on my way in less than a half hour, it was very impressive and very much appreciated . Thank you again To Dr Tracy and there amazing staff.

Tessa, Dr, Tracy, and another gal I forgot her name!! They are an awesome team and I felt very comfortable and confident that they would take great care of me while I had my wisdom teeth taken out. Tessa and I had a great laugh afterwards and she was very nice and comforting. They had me in right away and were great with explanations and gave me a very detailed walkthrough of what was about to happen. Awesome people!

I'm generally TERRIFIED of the dentist. I shake like a leaf anytime I sit in a dental chair, but I had a good experience here. The staff is very frendly and reassuring, they made sure to answer all my questions in detail. I drove from 4 hours away, and I am so glad I did. I had all my wisdom teeth removed and it only took them 45 minutes. Healing process went great. They send you home with very detailed aftercare instructions. Also, got a free tee-shirt and cup! 馃榿

very sweet group of people, I went in there crying bc I was terrified and the receptionist was trying her hardest to make me feel better and the blonde nurse i had was an absolute angel of a person who did everything she could to distract me, she kept asking about my tattoos, offering me ice cream and a t shirt. she let my dad stay back there and hold my hand while the needle went in too. she was very upfront about what was happening, which I appreciate. the doctor was also very helpful with my anxiety, telling me everything about the procedure was gonna be very routine and told me I was gonna be okay. all in all, if I ever have to have oral surgery again, I will gladly go back to billings oral surgeon. the nurse also made me laugh because she let me take my teeth home, best part tbh lolll
