I cannot say enough great things about this staff! Kim at the front desk is helpful and informative for scheduling and charges. Kylie is a good hygenist. Dr. Kent is professional, kind, and goes the extra mile to educate his patients, make them comfortable, and do an excellent job on his work. The office is efficient, able to schedule around short notice for emergencies. They offer flexibility to call you in early if there are cancelations, and they have a wonderful membership program. If you need anything done from a cleaning to some more serious work, this is THE PLACE to go!

Dr. Kent and his staff are wonderful! I came in with tooth pain from a chipped tooth, and instead of immediately recommending a crown (which many dentists would do), he took the time to carefully drill and fill it to try to save the tooth. I really appreciated that he chose the more conservative, less invasive option. When I still had some pain afterward, he got me back in right away—twice—to make adjustments, all at no extra charge. That level of care meant a lot. He’s also very informative and respectful of my preference for more natural approaches, even giving me helpful tips alongside traditional dental care. He suggested a night retainer for grinding, and the whole process was quick and easy. I’m so grateful for a dentist who truly takes the time to do what’s best for his patients. Highly recommend!

I kinda want to shout it from the mountain top, how awesome this office is. The receptionist Kim is friendly, helpful, and makes it easy to get your paperwork done and get you scheduled. Cricket is seriously the best hygienist I've ever met. She told me everything she was doing and made great recommendations. Dr. Kent was super insightful and helped me understand what was going on with my teeth. Overall, I feel like they took patient care to a whole new level, with kindness and education at the forefront of their practice. 10/10 recommend and am so grateful to have found this place after some really bad experiences. Oh and they have community day on Friday which helps folks with no insurance get dental care. Awesome all around, thank you so much!!

After years of clenching my jaw and grinding my teeth, I had done a lot of damage. Dr. Kent Tuttle gave me the most beautiful smile several years ago, by restoring my upper teeth, my confidence, as well as bringing an incredible amount of pain relief I didn’t even realize was possible. Fast forward to recently, I needed to address the damage I had done to my lower teeth. Knowing Dr. Kent had moved his family to live the country life outside of Show Low, I had a couple of consultations with other dentists in Scottsdale, but didn’t feel the same level of trust or confidence. So, I went to google and discovered Dr. Kent is practicing at Blue Ridge Family Dentistry in beautiful Pinetop, Az. I was beyond relieved. From the very first call, his office staff was warm, helpful, and incredibly accommodating making it easy to coordinate appointments from out of town. My husband and I turned my dental visits into a couple of relaxing weekends in the pines, which made the whole experience feel more like a getaway than just completing dental work. Dr. Kent’s attention to detail, skill, and genuine care once again exceeded my expectations. Completing my smile with someone I trust so deeply meant everything to me. I couldn’t be happier!

I called Dr. Kents office with severe tooth pain. The staff was so nice and got me in. Dr. Kent found a fractured tooth. He explained my options and was so honest about what to do. I was in so much pain. He took care of it right then and there. He was caring and so very nice. The staff was wonderful. They treated me as if I mattered. I'm so grateful for all the care and concern they gave me.
