Extremely friendly office and staff! Dr. Braasch was terrific. I hadn't even realized my tooth had been pulled out! He was highly recommended by my Dentist and I was able to get an appointment within a week. Krystal was fantastic with making me feel comfortable and explaining the aftercare involved. I couldn't recommend this practice more!! A+ in every way!!!! Thank you!

Tbvh, I cannot recommend Dr. Braasch and his team enough! I had three teeth extracted today, and I was honestly nervous going in. From the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel comfortable and well cared for. A huge thank you to Ana and Tianny for being so kind, reassuring, and professional throughout the process. Angela at the front desk was welcoming, organized, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. And Dr. Braasch... wow. His skill speaks for itself. I came home expecting significant pain and swelling, but instead I've had an incredibly smooth recovery(it's only day one, Idk man it feels like I could go to the beach or something 😂😂, I won't). 📸 *Photo attached of my post-op recovery treat. If I can comfortably enjoy this a few hours after having three teeth removed, that says a lot about the quality of care I received!* Thank you, for making what I thought would be a scary experience so much easier than I imagined. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Braasch OMS to my family, friends, or anyone needing oral surgery. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went in for a couple of implants. I chose to stay awake for the procedure, which may not be for everyone as the some of the sounds and pressure/tugging may be off putting. But it allowed me to see how incredibly well coordinated De Braasch and his team are during the procedure. They were like a NASCAR pit crew handing tools off keeping things moving quickly. Dr. Braasch’s regular status updates also helped keep me comfortable and at ease. I’m only 24 hours in but swelling and pain has been minimal - they really know what they’re doing!

I had the best experience at Braasch OMS. I was referred to their office by my dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction, and as someone who doesn’t typically feel comfortable in a dental setting, I immediately felt at ease and supported. Scheduling was easy and convenient, and the front desk staff were incredibly kind. During my consultation, I felt empowered and in control of my care. The team was patient with all of my questions and took the time to walk me through a detailed quote, so I had a clear understanding of my out-of-pocket costs. On the day of my surgery, Krystal made me feel calm and supported right away. Her energy was warm and reassuring, and she paid attention to the little things that made a big difference. I mentioned that I struggle with needles, and when my IV was being placed, she gently touched my shoulder to let me know she was there for me. It was such a small gesture, but it truly stood out. My procedure went smoothly, and the take-home instructions were clear, thorough, and easy to follow. I also received a follow-up call a few days later to check in, which I really appreciated. Having all four wisdom teeth removed as an adult isn’t easy, but I genuinely can’t recommend this office and their team enough.

Our daughter had her oral surgery for 4 impacted wisdom teeth here with Dr. Braasch. Everything went great and we appreciated the great care from the whole team - Dr Braasch and assistants Ana and Stephanie and Keara at the front desk. Would recommend this office.

Braasch Oral Surgery is an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice located at 404 Riverway Place, Building 4 in Bedford, New Hampshire, serving Bedford, Manchester, Nashua and surrounding communities in southern New Hampshire. The practice offers dental implants, including single-tooth implants and implant-supported dentures that may be fixed or removable, along with bone grafting, wisdom teeth removal, tooth extractions, impacted tooth exposure, oral pathology, facial trauma treatment, platelet rich growth factors and platelet rich fibrin, sedation, and emergency care. According to the practice, immediate dental implants are available, so most patients can have a tooth extracted and receive an implant on the same day.

Braasch Oral Surgery is led by Daniel Cameron Braasch, DMD, who is board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and has practiced full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery in southern New Hampshire since 2013. Dr. Braasch earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Boston University in 2009, where he was valedictorian and class president, and completed a four-year residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Virginia Commonwealth University. He has a special interest in wisdom tooth extraction, dental implant therapy including full mouth reconstruction and immediate implant placement, bone grafting, and office-based anesthesia. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the New Hampshire Dental Society, the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, and the International Team for Implantology.
