I had my wisdom teeth removed on monday February 9th . The staff is friendly the waiting room is so clean !!! The lady who took me back made sure I used the restroom before being put to sleep . The crna gained iv acess no problem my veins roll as well . She gave me some anexity meds before they even started . Dont remember anything after that. I have alot of medical problems with bleeding they understood my medical history and took precautions as well . 10 out of 10 stars 🌟

I see a lot of positive and negative reviews regarding this dentist. Honestly I didn’t know what to expect. I cold called dozens of dentists for a simple extraction and either everyone was not taking patients or gave me more of a run around than I ever had in my entire life. The process from beginning was great. Filled out some paperwork, got an X-ray, a little bit of medicine to relax me and put me to sleep for all of 30-45 minutes. He came in and introduced himself as well as his staff. Incredible experience, definitely glad I chose this location and wish I would have had him years ago. Professionalism does not even cover the experience I had today. I work in finance so no whee near any affiliation with his business or anything relative. Stop looking at the bad reviews, he knows what he is doing. Looking forward to my follow up and will again post on that!

Dr. Johnson and his staff are outstanding. I just had a wisdom tooth removed one week ago today. He and his staff went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was pain free. I feel that we are fortunate to have access to the services that Dr. Johnson and his staff provide. I do highly recommend.

My wife is a, 🙋‍♀️Sissy ( and Proud of it) No matter what a dentist does they cannot make it so that her teeth are numbed. (I've heard it may be a blonde or redhead thing! Blame the, a variant of the melanocortin-1 receptor (MC1R) gene.) Dr. Johnson has the facilities to actually make it so she feels no discomfort when needing dental work that he specializes in. We have been very satisfied with his practice. From Sandys effervescent, Greeting,...everyone that I have met in the Front office staff, is a step above. I had never spoken with Dr. Johnson Until Yesterday, my wife went in for an explanation of something that was causing us to worry, and I have now seen 1st hand that he must be one of the best in his field. After consulting with several doctors thinking possibly surgery was going to be required. Dr. Johnson, upon examination of the MRI report,... Gave us the happy news, that we did not need surgery, in fact her body is actually healing itself. And he explained why, it was not needed,... Naturally we were happy about that, yet the kind and simple explanation was worth the price of admission. (The Sissy 💁‍♀️is a retired nurse) So you can have confidence that this doctor has your best interest at heart he's not interested in making his next boat⛵️payment on your medical needs. We want a surgeon that will not unnecessarily operate. We are grateful to have Dr. Johnson and his Professional Crew so close to us, here in the Great Smoky Mountains.

amazing staff - they explained everything to me from start to finish. had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out and felt great 2 days after. would definitely recommend!
