I was referred by my dentist to Dr. Cividanes to have a wisdom tooth extracted after being told it would be months out with other local offices. I was scheduled promptly and the whole extraction took less than 30 minutes and was done professionally and respectfully. So grateful to be done with this. Side note: this was my first extraction and aside from the needle for anesthetic, it was painless and so fast. Thank you!

The whole staff here is amazing. Dr. Nicole is incredibly thorough and has a very high energy personality that is infectious. Emily does my cleanings and actually remembers things about me which is a great personal touch. I love that this office cares about the care they're giving in more than one aspect. I have recommended them to others and will continue to!

This was my first visit but I felt as if I had known the dentist, hygienist, and lovely new front desk girl for always. Such a welcoming group. Nicole was obsessed with making sure that every millimeter of my teeth was clean! Dr. Nicole was thorough and showed such confidence in her hygienist. I appreciate "watching" a shadow opposed to jumping in for treatment. Really wonderful experience. Thank you all for your kindness

Excellent experience. Woke up with a toothache, and by some miracle the staff was able to fit me in the same day. I ended up having to get a wisdom tooth removed. The whole process was incredibly quick and the staff made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Nicole and Haley took great care of me. Highly recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised recently. On the 25th of June I had a tooth extraction done by Dr.Nicole Cividanes. Her dentistry and performance is very professional. The nicest part of this experience was the light hearted music piped into the room and the effervescent personality of Dr.Nicole.ALL of her staff treated me with kindness and helpfullness.I truly will continue going to Dr. Cividanes because she makes everyone feel special and at ease. Thank you! Dr.Nicole. ~ Lynn Mitchell

About Brewer Family Dentistry

Brewer Family Dentistry is a general dental practice in Brewer, Maine, offering dental implants alongside a full range of dentistry services, including teeth whitening, cosmetic crowns, root canals, and preventive care. The practice describes dental implants as a permanent replacement for a missing tooth, using a titanium post placed into the jawbone that fuses with the bone and is later topped with a custom crown to restore chewing and speaking ability.

According to the practice, most implant procedures involve three to four visits, starting with a consultation and digital X-rays, followed by implant placement under local anesthesia, a healing period of about three months for the bone to integrate with the implant, and finally attachment of a custom porcelain crown. The practice notes that with proper oral hygiene and regular dental visits, implants can last 30 years or longer, and it offers financing options and a personalized consultation to determine candidacy and cost.
