This place is a joke! My last appointment was last year July. Finially got a bill from the almost a year later. Then this week get a your account is 90 days passed due.... how am I suppose to know I have a bill if you dont send them out. They canceled my last appointment because my blood pressure was high. Nowhere else in town takes blood pressure. So they took my $100 I prepayed for the appointment and just kept it. And they just give you excuse after excuse.

Rude rude rude. Receptionist was so rude as was the lady who called us back to exam room. The receptionists up front were gossiping about someone loud enough for everyone in waiting room to hear. Berated some older gentleman about his unpaid balance which again everyone could hear. Very unprofessional.

I don’t have dental insurance and I had an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. They didn’t clean my teeth at the appointment. I wish they would do what I had planned at that appointment. I self pay and not happy they do these things. Maybe that’s all I had money for was to get my teeth cleaned and instead you wasted my money and time on something else that wasn’t PLANNED. They should be up front BEFORE appointments on what’s going to happen at the appointments. This is not the first time that this has happened.

The nicest ladies I've encountered in a while. Very soft spoken and gentle while taking x-rays and examining your mouth . Just very sweet ladies.

Always had a good impression! But the student who looked at my teeth yesterday was really good at his job! He will be an amazing dentist!
