Dr. Caldwell and her dental techs are EXCEPTIONAL, both professionally & personally, but note, she and her techs are a separate entity than Britely. I realized this when a corporate employee confronted my sister in the surgical room after she came to after a 5-6 hr procedure, to be told she owed them more money (she'd paid them nearly $60K at this point). This really turned us both completely off, thinking it was a bait & switch type situation.....and totally against the law, as she'd been under anesthesia. It was ONLY because of Dr. Caldwell that we stayed the course. Britely was extremely lucky to have such a talented, dedicated, and caring dentist, yet, they threw her and their patients to the wolves with absolutely no concern. I showed up for my appt today to be told Britely is shutting down their office in 12 days and will NOT be giving refunds to patients. Doc is going out of her way to help patients, but her hands are tied when Britely won't pay the lab bills for the patients teeth, even though patients paid tens of thousands of dollars to Britely upfront. I've paid Britely $33K so far and am at the very end of my implant journey. Thank goodness, my sister's is complete with teeth. I'm one of the fortunate patients that is only out $9K.....but I still have no permanent teeth, although Doc is assuring I will have them next month (her doing what she's able, even if it means she pays the lab bill). I feel badly for the patients that will now have to find and pay another implant specialist. Shame on you, Britely!!! If you're an existing patient, please contact the Colorado State Attorney, as complaints/suits are currently being filed.

OFFICE PERMANENTLY CLOSED????? Had a Britely patient calling around trying to find someone to do routine implant maintenance for the implant and dentures done at the Britely office. The wife said they showed up to their appointment yesterday but the office was closed. No notice, no nothing to let them know they couldn’t be seen. No one answers the phones and Google says they are open. They saw a review on Yelp from April that someone’s surgery was canceled via text with no explanation and supposedly the Doc doesn’t know what’s going on. Now, they are left searching for care and without answers. What type of company leaves so many patients without care and in the dark? Do better for your patients and if you can’t, help them find the care they need with someone who can.

I've had such an incredible experience here so far! Amanda, Andrew, Dr. Caldwell and everyone else there are so kind, empathetic and personable. They find a way to be real people and laugh and chat with you while getting you ready for next steps and maintaining the flow of information consistently. It is a 100% judgement free zone. To quote Dr. Caldwell, I'm exited to "Have a beautiful smile that matches who I am"

I absolutely love everybody in this office and I’m sad that they’re closing. I’m following Doc Caldwell wherever she goes because she does such fantastic work!!! She did my top teeth and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. She , and her whole team, are top notch and feel like family.

I have seen Dr Caldwell the last 18 months. I love that she & her office are excellent providers 1st & foremost. They take time to give options for their clientele. In a caring & understanding viewpoint of financial reasoning for all aspects. Whether traditional Dentures, over-Denture or Permanent Dentures like all on 4 or other, such as 3 on 6. I have genuinely loved seeing each team member, from Dr Caldwell to each staff members like Jimmy, Amanda & others(apologies my memory is slightly affected. Otherwise would state each of you! Sincerely.) As a Native American = Inupiaq Eskimo. It was so neat to hear that Dr Caldwell originally from want to say South Dakota & started her practicums in a Indian reservation or close by. So sensitivity to us, is rare, unique & understanding. I hope you well, Dr Caldwell & Team! I loved being a client of you. I am so glad I found you all when I did. I had done an exhaustive search for the right Doctor & office. So many other offices in Denver metro. Only want to pursue $40k+++ per arch All on 4's. I had already spent nearly a nice condo on my teeth alone! Im not poverty stricken, but at a certain point of a few hundred k. It gets old. Where as they laid everything out. They comprehended my viewpoint. As I have an existing $25k implant bridge from 16 yrs ago on the lower jaw. Just a drop in the bucket. Of 4 different full mouth reconstructions, I have paid for. So went traditional even if premium Dentures. Meaning I had the opportunity to choose teeth shape/style & coloring. Over the years have had my teeth constructions done whiter, but not fake unnatural white lol. I am very happy with result. Fast forward to today. I had a laboratory reline done. Having implants already. I knew my bone structure would recede. That & have osteoporosis. So not a biggie that 1 yr afterwards it needed refined. They fit like real teeth as much as they can. I will miss your office. I love seeing strong independent Women in a professional office setting. With Jimmy & the office dog that welcomes everyone. Without being intrusive, like true svc animal does. Like my own svc animal.
