Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The front desk, assistants, and the dentist Dr Duke were all friendly, professional, and very thorough, which immediately put me at ease. During my visit, I had an unexpected hypoglycemic episode, and the team recognized it right away and calmly jumped into action. They checked on me constantly, made sure I was safe and comfortable, and didn’t rush anything until I felt stable again. It’s rare to find a dental office that delivers excellent clinical care and also knows how to handle a medical emergency so well. This practice truly goes above and beyond, and I am incredibly grateful for way they took care of me. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a place that truly goes above and beyond for their patients.

Was very appreciative of the time spent on the consult and accommodating us later when we had to cut the morning appointment short. You explained things in layman's terms and what the costs would be. No pressure and I feel comfortable that you will do what is necessary for R. Hopefully, when you get his file you can determine what was done . He sadly felt he was taken advantage of, but I think he feels comfortable with you. (Please do not use our names in posting)

Very nice office and staff. Dentist was upfront with me as to what my dental choices could be. Can't do what I want to do with my mouth but I will be going back to see what other options I may for my dental needs. Hopefully it will work out. I have been having a hard time finding a dentist I actually like. Dr. Duke and Serena were great. Second visit I got to meet Dr. Patel to see what my options for other dental work would be. Serena was very helpful as she was on my first visit.We discussed options at length and they listened to me and my desires. They were very patient with with me as I had questions and ideas. We are on our way to getting my mouth all done up!! So far, so good!

Though I was anxious about my consult as I knew my condition was dire, I left there very uplifted! Their warmth, empathy, thoughtful honesty, and professionalism made all the difference to me. I came away with a good sense of the skill, experience, and knowledge of Dr. Duke and Serena. I know I will be in very capable and caring hands when I'm there for my procedure!

A dental office is NOT my favorite place! A dear friend who had recently experienced similar dental issues recommended Britely. In spite of the unusual cold temperatures outside, the office reception area was warm, bright, welcoming and comfortable. I was given an extension questionnaire to fill out. It was like no other medical history account in memory. The check box response’s made it easy to complete. Sabrina led me into a nice consult room. So glad I didn’t have to pass by or see any intimidating dental rooms with all its paraphernalia. There was no pretense in Sabrina’s interaction with me. My anxiety was quelled by Sabrina’s pleasant, sympathetic, unhurried disposition. When Dr. Duke entered the room, I had no idea how impressed I would be with his thoroughness. With ex-rays and the maturity of my teeth and gums, he mentioned things that took me back to my childhood. I left Britely feeling confident this dental facility and staff are my future. ✅It has come to my attention that an apology is needed to Britely’s office manager, Serena! I mistakenly called her Sabrina, when her name is Serena.
