Actually got in10 minutes prior to appointment time. No waiting at all. With just one dentist, didn’t feel like I was ran through like cattle and it was very quiet. I have gag syndrome and dental assistant was very patient and let me elevate slightly during the cleaning. Did not try to push anything extra on me. The last dental assistant put globs of fluoride and charged me $35 and ran me through the stand up exray which insurance does not pay for. There was nothing like that going on. Dentist was friendly and thorough and did not rush through the exam. Found my dentist forever.

i cracked a tooth on Saturday and I called them on Monday morning and they were able to get me in Wed .afternoon. New patient. I only had to wait a few minutes as they had emailed me all my paperwork to fill out. Went right back for x-rays and then discussed issue. They had me taken care of in know time. Great friendly staff that truly want to take care of you. I go back in Nov. for my cleaning. Feels like home. Thank you Dr. Lopez and all your staff. Ladelle

I love Julie, my dental hygienist she has taken great care of me for years. Dr.Lopez is so kind and engaging. If you are looking for a great dental experience, you should try them out.

I really enjoy my cleaning with Angie and Dr. Brogan was all smiles and jolly as always today. I'm very pleased and happy to be a patient with both Hygienist and Doctor. Also was very glad to not have any issues .

I don’t write reviews often, but this one truly deserves to be shared.
I have very complex, ongoing dental issues and, over the years, I’ve seen many dentists and oral surgeons. Because of that, I don’t say this lightly—Dr. Lopez and his team are exceptional.
From the very first visit, I felt something different. The entire staff is not only professional, but genuinely kind and attentive. They understand that patients like me come in with a lot of history & anxiety and they meet that with patience, respect, and compassion.
Dr. Lopez is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and careful in his approach. He takes the time to explain options clearly and never makes you feel rushed or dismissed. That level of trust and communication is rare, especially when dealing with more complicated dental situations.
What stands out most is how safe and comfortable they make you feel. After years of navigating difficult dental experiences, that means everything to me.
If you’re someone who has struggled to find the right dental care—especially if your situation is more involved—I cannot recommend this office enough. They are truly in a league of their own.

Meet the Doctors
The practice is led by Dr. James "Brogan" Lopez, DDS, a native of Memphis, Tennessee. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Arkansas in 2015 and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2019 before settling in the River Valley to practice. Dr. Brogan is a member of the American Dental Association, an active member of the Fort Smith Dental Association, and a graduate of Leadership Fort Smith. He is supported by a team that includes Julie Young and Angela Allen, registered dental hygienists; Lisa Berry and Vicki McKinney, dental assistants; Christie McCormack, scheduling coordinator; and Barbie Bull, office systems.
