I had an excellent experience at Burns dentistry office. Dr. Grover was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. My hygienist, Abigail was equally outstanding — thorough, gentle, and very personable throughout the appointment.
I also want to recognize Brenda at the front desk for being so welcoming, helpful, and professional. She made the entire experience smooth from start to finish and created such a positive first impression.
The entire team was efficient, friendly, and provided exceptional care. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for high-quality dental care and an outstanding patient experience.

I had an excellent appointment today at the dental office and want to give a big thank you to both Dr. Chandani and Dakota.
Dr. Chandani is truly outstanding. She is professional, caring, and extremely skilled. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Her gentle approach made what could have been a stressful visit completely painless and relaxing.
Dakota was equally fantastic! From the moment I arrived, she was warm, friendly, and highly efficient

Best dental experience ever! I usually get very anxious about dental cleanings, but the team here completely put my mind at ease. The hygienist was exceptionally patient, constantly checking in to make sure I wasn’t in any discomfort. The office is impeccably clean, and the level of care is top-notch. I would definitely recommend the Burns practice.

My first dental visit with Burns Family Dentistry for full Xray set and cleaning was absolutely amazing. The staff were polite, respectful, accommodating, and very friendly. My cleaning was painless and extremely thorough. I am so thankful to now be apart of this practice. Thank you for your service to our community

I love this dental office. Everybody is so friendly and warm and very welcoming. Very thorough when it comes to dental cleanings and exams. Karen was exceptional. I don't think I have ever had a better cleaning. Dentists listen to your concerns and questions and explain everything in detail without any rush.
I highly recommend this dentist office.
After going to several dentist offices in the Fredericksburg area, I have finally found the perfect one for me.
