I absolutely love this dental office! From my very first visit, everyone made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and accommodated to my disability, which I truly appreciate. The staff is always happy to answer questions and explain everything clearly, so I never feel rushed or confused about my treatment. During my procedures, they checked in with me frequently to make sure I was doing okay. While dental work doesn't usually bother me, I really appreciated how attentive and caring they were. The entire team has been professional, kind, and genuinely focused on patient comfort. I've had a great experience so far and will definitely be sticking with Cali Dental Lompoc for my dental care. Highly recommend!

3 stars because I have a broken molar and went in during emergency times 1pm-3pm stated on the phone. Had fever and chills with immense pain. Receptionist wouldn’t even go into the back to ask the dentist if he could fit me in just to prescribe some type of ibuprofen or Tylenol for pain management. Went to urgent care later that day and was prescribed amoxicillin, Tylenol extra strength and ibuprofen 800. I had an appointment coming up within a week and a half so I just needed to get by until then. I also let them know that day that my temporary crowns were bugging and hurting. I was told after they had put them in, I could come back with any problems and be seen for them. Still didn’t get seen. Anyways, i think it’s just the receptionist. Maybe they don’t know everything, but when a patient says a they have fever and chills from a broken tooth, i think that’s grounds for a dentist to look at it. I would’ve waited the time had she went back and asked.

First time since before Covid that I finally made it back to the dentist. As someone who has a phobia of the dentist my experience here with hygienist Tiffany, Mikey and Dr. Vora was great. Tiffany was friendly and relatable which made communicating my concerns easy. Mikey was just funny and lightened the mood while trying to do x-rays with my stubborn tongue that likes to fight. Dr. Vora was calm, welcoming and listened to my concerns and was patient with my anxiety. Overall I really enjoyed my experience here and actually look forward to coming back.

These folks have cost me a great deal. Last September, I established care with them for my mom who was in desperate need of dentures. We met with them, discussed a treatment plan, and decided to move forward. Part of the plan included extraction of bad teeth on the top of her mouth. I reiterated more than once that we needed to have all approvals before these extractions took place as she would have no way to chew food until her dentures were in place. AFTER removing her teeth in October, they told us they needed to get approvals for her dentures. We've been in a holding pattern ever since. I took her back in January for imaging that was "needed to get approvals" and have heard nothing since. When I call I'm told I'll be called back which does not happen. I just spent 15 mins on hold while someone "looked up her chart" before the system booted me out of hold. My mom has been without teeth for 6 months now, I can't get a response from the office, and I don't know how (or if) she will ever get her dentures.
