I didn’t have an appointment scheduled, but I went with my husband to his appointment. Someone had rescheduled, and the receptionist kindly asked if I wanted to take the available appointment. I said yes, and I’m so happy I did! Everyone was wonderful—great people, a great environment, and a great team! I had such a positive experience and would definitely recommend Capital City Smiles & Wellness. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!

Hands down the most welcoming, understanding experience. The whole building is all decorated and beautiful inside. The staff is legit ONE OF A KIND. I’ve had bad experiences in the past anything to do with going to dentists. You can really tell workers who are just there for the job or there for the people and their job, and this place definitely has the workers who genuinely care! Love it here even from the first visit, anyone switching dentists I HIGHLY recommend!

I am so happy to have a place like this for my daughter and myself. So hard to find a place who accepts our insurance. We had back to back appointments which was great since we live a hour away. Wonderful staff and very warm and welcoming atmosphere. I have recommended to friends and will continue to recommend people. Nice to have people looking out for the community and offering the services that they do for people who may be less fortunate.

It was super easy to set up an appointment with them. The staff was all really friendly when I went in, they we're very quick and efficient, but I never felt like they were just trying to get done with me so they could move to the next person. Over all a good experience, also I'm not a super anxious person, but the patient in the room next to me was, and the staff was very kind and understanding. Though I will say the parking there if it's at all busy is not the best, but they also can't really do anything to help that in that location

Very thorough visit for my son. He had x-rays, pictures, a cleaning, flossing, education, sealants, and fluoride in an hour appointment. Janelle, his dental hygenist, was kind, gentle, and assuring. It was also extremely easy to book an appointment and complete all paperwork in advance electronically. I would highly recommend!
