The entire team, from the front desk staff to the nurse and Dr. Rosato, demonstrated exceptional professionalism in alleviating my anxiety and executing the necessary tooth extractions flawlessly. I sincerely value the meticulous care provided. I highly recommend their services.

I am 80 years old and just had a wisdom tooth pulled: difficult for my age. The doctor and supporting staff were excellent. I can't imagine better treatment!

I had a very good experience for what is an uncomfortable procedure: tooth extraction. Caitlin, the assistant, was welcoming and forthcoming with what will happen and what I needed to do as aftercare. Dr. Courtney was business-like, but very efficient: I never felt the anesthesia. I had no pain, and the extraction took less than 15 minutes. So far, the recovery has been good, with no swelling or problems. I would recommend this dental center.

Dr. Rosato and his staff were unbelievably kind, professional and accommodating. They fit me in for a last minute extraction but it didn’t feel rushed. He took the time to explain everything and talked to me throughout the procedure. His assistant was thorough and comforting and I felt well taken care of

I went in to have tooth extracted which is not on my list for fun. The doctor and his assistant Lisa could not have been nicer. I was scheduled for 9am, and by 9:40 I was driving home. Very happy with the procedure, and the time it took to complete.
Day 2 I have recovered almost 50% already. I would strongly recommend this group to anyone needing their services. Leet Ware, Thetford VT

About Capitol Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (previously Hanover Oral Surgery)
Capitol Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, formerly known as Hanover Oral Surgery, is an oral surgery practice with an office at 367 NH-120, Unit E1 in Lebanon, New Hampshire. The Lebanon office is one of three locations for the practice, alongside offices in Concord and Peterborough. The surgeons practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, from wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery, and they perform a full range of dental implant and bone grafting procedures. The practice also diagnoses and treats facial pain, facial injuries, and jaw joint disorders.
For patients considering dental implants, the practice describes implants as a foundation for replacement teeth that look, feel, and function like natural teeth, with options for replacing missing teeth, including cases where all upper or lower teeth are missing. Bone grafting is available when needed to prepare the jaw for implant placement. Intravenous sedation is provided in the office to help keep treatment safe and comfortable. The Lebanon office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and new patients can complete registration forms online before their first visit. Patients in pain or with an emergency are told that every attempt will be made to see them the same day.
