Very friendly staff, and always accommodating and helpful. We moved to Kentucky shortly after my husband had gum surgery, and we were referred to Carter. They take care of him like he's been their patient from the very beginning.

We drove 2 hours to get here, been waiting 30 minutes past my husband's appointment and they clise in 30 minutes. Neither one of us see well after dark but still have to drive 2 hours home. Ridiculous!

Let me just say, I was absolutely terrified. I was worried about feeling shame because, even though I brush regularly, my gums were a in a sorry state. This office was absolutely welcoming and kind to me and helped put me at ease. They didn't try to upsell me and the doctor was very upfront about how long the process would take (it wouldn't be a quick fix). They worked with my schedule and, even though my insurance was something that is less well-known, they did their best to explain as much as they could about any out-of-pocket costs. I had a consultation, deep cleaning, and return visit - no complaints. I would recommend this office to a friend.

Have never had a problem. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Katherine at the front desk is very nice and always reminds me of my appointment ahead of time.. I feel the pricing is really good for a cleaning. And my dentist is superb to say the least! Very gentle while cleaning and explains what she is doing as we go. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!

Considering any dental procedure can have most people on edge, I had an amazing experience with Dr. Carter and staff. They were very friendly and professional. I couldn't have been more pleased with this appointment from start to finish. Highly recommend.
