My son had his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Vande Berg. He must have been so skilled because my son was talking normally by the 3rd day and by the 7th day, he acted as if the surgery never happened. I liked that Dr. Vande Berg explained the procedure throughoutly at the consultation visit and spent time explaining detailed instructions on what to expect after the surgery. The office manager was a big help in scheduling my son appointment to fit my son's busy schedule. I highly recommend this office. I am so thankful for the skilled and caring doctor here.

Dr. Englehardt is a magician when it comes to wisdom tooth removals. He’s very patient , kind, knowledgeable and honest. The office staff also assisted me with making the best decision for the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr Englehardt and his staff because the quality and care at this office is top notch. Thank you all so much!!

Dr. Vande Berg was absolutely INCREDIBLE!! Not only was he understanding and fully knowledgeable but my son had the shortest, most incredible recovery time!!!! Our orthodontist referred us to Dr. Vande Berg and he did not disappoint!! My son felt cared for the moment he entered the office. This was the best experience EVER!!!! My son has an anxiety disorder and everyone was so friendly and mindful of that. I’m so grateful to them!!!!! Thanks Dr. Vande Berg!!!!!!!

Dr. Bruce Vande Berg and his staff are amazing!!! Both me and my daughter had our tooth extracted recently and Dr. Vande Berg did an amazing job. In both instances I had some follow-ups and the staff handled the calls and ad-hoc requests w/o a blink! Thank you!

Dr. Vande Berg and his staff are amazing! I went here to have my wisdom tooth pulled and they were so friendly and nice. They were able to fit me in right away due to my level of pain and I am so thankful. I was greeted at the front desk by Carla who was extremely friendly. The consultation went great, Dr. Vande Berg himself sat down with me and explained everything that was going to happen. Ms. Judy at the check out desk was so friendly to explain what the charges would be. During the procedure the nurse was so kind and friendly which helped with my nerves. The procedure went very smooth and I would highly recommend Cary Oral Surgery to anyone.

About Cary Oral Surgery

Cary Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, listed here as Cary Oral Surgery, is an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice located at 1010 High House Road, Suite 100 in Cary, North Carolina, with a second office in Garner. The practice describes a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, ranging from wisdom tooth removal to a full range of dental implant and bone grafting procedures. Listed procedures include tooth extractions, wisdom teeth removal and intentional coronectomy, exposure of impacted teeth, dental implants and implant placement, bone grafting including sinus lift and socket preservation, oral pathology, anesthesia, and 3D imaging. The staff is trained in assisting with intravenous sedation in the office setting.

For patients considering dental implants, the practice explains that implants are designed to provide a foundation for replacement teeth that look, feel, and function like natural teeth, helping people regain the ability to eat and smile with confidence while preserving facial contours. Bone grafting and sinus lift procedures are offered for patients who need additional support before implant placement, and the website includes a multimedia patient education presentation covering common implant questions, in English and Spanish. The practice notes that its philosophy focuses on individual patient education so each patient can make informed treatment decisions, and it states that it has participated as one of a few surgical centers in the nation in a multi-center study on wisdom tooth removal. The practice lists Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Research Triangle Park, Apex, Holly Springs, Morrisville, Garner, Cary, and Clayton among the communities it serves. Consultations can be scheduled by calling the Cary office at (919) 461-0110.
