Outstanding experience at Cary Periodontics and Implant Dentistry. Dr. Brenegan is exceptional — he explains everything clearly and puts you completely at ease. The procedures (extraction and implant) were remarkably smooth and far more comfortable than I expected.
The entire team is fantastic — excellent communication, thoughtful follow-up, and genuinely friendly throughout. From start to finish, they made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and well managed. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with my initial consultation. The front desk staff was professional and friendly as was the back staff. Dr. Brenegan was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions clearly. We were able to come up with a plan for my mouth going forward. I have only one fear/phobia in my life and that is anything related to dental procedures. It is ridiculous to be as anxious as I am and I am well aware of it but Dr. Brenegan and staff were kind and reassuring and assured me that steps can be taken to ease my experience. Their technology was really impressive. I loved that they gave me my post surgical information prior to surgery day. I don’t understand why all surgical/procedural offices don’t do this. The office was clean and bright. While I do not look forward to the upcoming procedures I feel that Dr. Brenegan and the staff are competent to handle the work that needs to be done.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. Dr. Brenegan discussed and showed me what and why the work was needed. I appreciated the time he spent and feel very confident in that procedure will save my implant. Highly recommend!

Dr. Brenegan explained the implant process extremely well in my first visit. I had my first surgery a week ago and everything went great. No pain, no swelling. Very impressed.

I had my first visit to this office yesterday. I was greeted by a lovely lady and did not have to wait long to be seen. Dr. Brenengan was fantastic. I have multiple issues with my teeth, and he did a great job of explaining what would need to be done. He did not force all of the treatments on me at once. We are going to start with one area and revisit the others. I appreciated that I was not pressured to do everything at once. Payment was taken after my appointment and I appreciated that. I have been to other offices where I had to pay upfront and that makes me feel like all they care about it getting paid. I really appreciated everyone's hospitality and look forward to being a patient of Cary Periodontics and Implant Dentistry.
