I had a tooth extracted at Casas Adobes Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery today. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt at ease. The reception area and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The check-in staff were friendly, efficient and professional. The dental nurse, Brianna was thorough, compassionate and an effective communicator. Dr. Rivera was extremely nice, calming and very good at his job. The entire process was very quick. I will definitely recommend this business!

Excellent office, team, and surgeons! I was very nervous about getting my wisdom teeth removed, but Dr Casteel's willingness to answer questions at the initial appointment put me at ease. The actual surgery was very fast and recovery was smooth and only uncomfortable, not painful. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone needing dental surgery.

They were kind and caring. The procedure went well and I felt that Doctor Kaiser was very competent. He was very considerate of my needs and it put me at ease. His assistants were great and made it an enjoyable experience. Thank you all 馃槉

These people are absolutely amazing. I had a tooth extraction yesterday. Being elderly l was nervous and apprehensive my being new to Sierra Vista. Dr. Rachna Casteel was wonderful. Explained everything she was doing and immediately inspired confidence.
The whole staff was this way. What a group. Other offices could take a lesson from them. Really if l could give these folks 10 stars l would.

I am so grateful that I was worked in after I called mentioning pain from a tooth extraction. I had a dry socket, already feeling better. We have a plan if the pain comes back. THANK YOU! JoAnne McLeod
