I had a really positive experience with my recent tooth extraction. The service was right on time—they brought me back exactly when they said they would, which I really appreciated. The entire process took about 20 minutes from start to finish, and everything felt efficient without being rushed. The nurse beforehand was very thorough and clearly explained what to expect, which helped ease any nerves I had going in.
The doctor was equally impressive—very informative and communicative throughout the procedure. He walked me through each step and explained why he was doing it, which made me feel comfortable and confident in his care. Overall, the experience was smooth, professional, and well-organized. I was in and out quickly with great service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing dental work.

I was referred to this dental surgery office from Tumamoc Dental after dealing with a previous dental office that I was having bad experiences. I was worried I didn't know if Casas Adobes oral surgeons were going to be good or bad. At first I noticed the positive high rating reviews, which gave me a sense of safety to go forward with having all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed at once at their facility. The Tumamoc Dental does do tooth extractions, but the dentist felt that I had multiple impacted wisdom teeth and that seemed infected. Dr. Wheeler suggested I attend the dental surgeons at this office to have a team work on me versus a single dentist. I am happy to report it was a super great and stress free experience overall. While the new dental office shared my x-rays with oral surgeons which was great, Casas Adobes Oral surgery also had an amazing modern 360 x-ray machine that is also 3-dimensional where they can see the extent of the surgery that needs to be done versus a flat 2-d photos. Dr. Andrew Cook did an amazing job on my surgery, and his Anesthesiologists colleague took great care of me during the surgery. I liked the fact that I also met with Dr. Cook pre date of wisdom teeth removal and he shared the different outcomes and after care before we even moved forward. I also had follow up with Dr. Cook and Dr. Leah Turigliatto also amazing on my later aftercare follow ups after surgery a few weeks and later months to check on progress at no extra charge to see bone regrowth after wisdom teeth removal and it has now completely closed and healed. After surgery I felt fine just numbed up and while I preset all my soft foods and rotating ice packs and everything I would need ahead of time in refrigerator and had sitting up laying air sofa before sleeping in bed. I didn't have to use much of the pain meds afterwards other than ibuprofen and ice packs for the reducing swelling that I did for about a week along with other instructions during my recovery. Even the Anesthesiologist called me that night to check on me and Dr. Cook also called me the same or next day for follow up checks, which I though was great and shows they care about their patients. Even the office staff was great with getting my appointments making it very stress-free. Two notes to remember 1. Make sure before surgery date you pay your bill in full for surgery I made the mistake thinking I could pay bill after surgery, which with insurance was very affordable, the issue was because they might not go forward with your surgery if you don't pay your bill first. 2. When they tell you to rest and follow their instructions for aftercare listen to them. I made the mistake of walking around my house doing things and then I started bleed from the mouth and nose, my friend told me to stop doing things got lay down I replace gauze with extra gauze they gave me, but I also had extra gauze I bought before surgery and it stopped bleeding once I put slight pressure and I put ice packs and slept. Some of the later foods I ate during my recovery was soft foods that required little to no chewing or prep if you have them made ahead of time, with slow mashing with tongue and push it to back of throat: Hummus, yogurt, pudding, Vanilla yogurt ice cream, chopped egg omelet with melted cheese, mushroom soup like gravy with soaked bread cubes or soft croutons applesauce, sour cream, soft small cutting bread or French toast cut small, O Organics Apricot Fruit Spread( this will help you pass your bowls after first couple days) seedless jams (Avoid things that get stuck in your mouth or in surgery site. Everyone's care is different follow your Doctors instructions, this is just my shared experiences, which exceeded my expectations at Casas Adobes Oral And Maxillofacial Surgery. Note the info in photo might get updated from the time I was given instructions from my surgery, but just an example. Cost differ with insurance plans giving you coverage depending on type you use mine covered most of the cost versus out of pocket. Shop around for best plan.

What could have been a scary, uncomfortable situation needing a tooth extraction quickly turned into a good experience. Dr. Rivera was kind, gentle and explained the process in detail. He is on the younger side so don’t have to worry about him retiring anytime soon. : ) It went well and now I must wait to complete the process to get an implant. I highly recommend Casas Adobes Oral Surgery.
Thank you Dr. Rivera!

I was referred to Casas Adobes Oral Surgery at 6471 N La Cholla Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85741 for All On X Surgery. The entire staff was welcoming, friendly, professional, and efficient.
Over several months I interacted primarily with Vicky the Office Manager, and Dr. Negin Saghafi, DDS, MD.
Vicky was always helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. She was amazingly quick to return emails, phone calls, and to answer questions. I wish every office I interacted with had an office manager as awesome as Vicky. ThankU! for all your help Vicky.
Dr. Saghafi was the BEST! She explained everything in great detail, and answered all my questions in depth. Her surgical skills resulted in my surgery being a flawless success. Her detailed attention to my post surgery aftercare was phenomenal. She has a matter of fact confidence in her abilities that totally relaxed my worried mind.
I’m on to my next phase, the FUN part, of my All On X Surgery now working with a Lab Technician and my General Dentist. Things are looking and feeling better than good. They’re awesome. I was prepared for the physical healing, but I was happily surprised at the psychological healing that I’ve experienced. ThankU! Dr. Saghafi. YOU changed my Life.
