I had an excellent experience with Dr. Chalak and his entire team today. I went in to have a broken tooth extracted, a sinus lift, and a bone graft performed in preparation for a future dental implant, and I couldn't be happier with the care I received.
Dr. Chalak is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Throughout the procedure, he explained every step, which helped me feel relaxed and confident about the treatment. His skill and calm demeanor made the entire experience much easier than I had expected.
His assistants were wonderful as well—friendly, caring, and attentive. They even played relaxing music during the procedure, and one of the assistants let Dr. Chalak know about my neck problem so they could position me comfortably while I was on the operating table. I truly appreciated their thoughtfulness and attention to detail.
The front desk staff were just as amazing. They were always welcoming, patient, and happy to answer all of my questions with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everyone made me feel valued and well cared for.
I highly recommend Dr. Chalak and his outstanding team to anyone who needs tooth extraction, bone grafting, dental implants, or other oral surgery procedures. They provide exceptional care with genuine kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Dr. Chalak and your amazing team, for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one!

I met with Dr. Chalak Oral Surgery today for a consultation after breaking a tooth over the weekend. I was referred by my dentist, and fortunately they had a cancellation, so I was able to get in quickly and get all the information I needed.
This is my first extraction, and I was understandably nervous. Dr. Chalak took the time to explain the entire procedure in clear detail, while a member of his team thoroughly reviewed the pricing with me. Together, they helped me feel confident and well informed.
I was also able to schedule the actual extraction during the same visit. The full procedure and aftercare were clearly explained, and my medications were sent directly to my local pharmacy, which made the process feel seamless and stress-free.
His staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was truly impressed by the level of care and professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Chalak and his team.

From the moment I walked into Dr. Chalak Oral Surgery in Campbell, I felt I was in the hands of people who genuinely care. Dr. Chalak is not only highly skilled and board-certified, but he also brings a calm, confident presence that immediately puts you at ease. Removing all four wisdom teeth in one sitting sounds intimidating—but somehow, he made the entire experience smooth, painless, and completely free of complications.
What really stands out is the heart behind the professionalism. Every member of the staff is kind, attentive, and incredibly supportive. They treat you like more than just a patient—they treat you like family. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail, from the way they communicate to the care they provide.

The moment you walk in the front door you are greeted with such warmth. All the women at the front desk were extremely professional When I went back for the consultation with Dr CHALAK he explained everything with clarity and every question I had was addressed and answered. I received 3 treatment plans for what I possibly am going to have done. Thank you your a wonderful team of professionals that showed compassion and empathy for your patient

Dr. Chalak and his team were amazing. Starting at the front desk. They answered all of my questions before surgery and walked me through on what to expect. I got three widwom teeth removed and was a little nervous at first but his team and himself made me feel really comfortable and safe by explaining every step of the procedure. They were very nice and friendly. Will definitely recommend and come back for any future needs.
