The office staff were amazing. I could not say one thing negative about the office staff. The offices both Bluffton and Savannah are nice and clean. Left me never second guessing the state of the art of procedures. After care of extractions is limited unless you need something then you call in. I did not have any issues with calling in and obtaining assistance. Other than that it is in and out and goodbye. The only issue I had was with the surgery team to include the dr. They seemed "nice" but weird at the same time. They were missing friendliness. My daughter was extremely nervous and they kept a straight face the whole time and did not really smile or anything to make her feel more comfortable. I found this odd considering they deal with minors. I would use them again if the need arises.

I couldn't be more happy with the treatment I received. Dr. Sarathy is so compassionate and kind. His staff is all amazing and easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend.

Dr. S was the kindest guy ever, so far the surgery went well, but as for his nurse who conveniently didn’t give me her name was the total opposite, she was rude, demanding, abrupt, and totally not cut out to be the first face I see upon my awake. No compassion! No care! As for the blonde nurse, gods gift to my oral surgery, she was so kind, she was undoubtedly great at her job, everything you want in a nurse i.e. the complete opposite of the other lady

My dentist referred me to a different oral surgeon however they did not take my insurance. My wisdom teeth were all the way in and infected. I called the Bluffton location and they were able to me schedule me for a consult and same day surgery within 4 days of reaching out. I called 4 times with dumb questions and they were amazing every time. My phone was stolen the day before my surgery and the ladies up front were so understanding and made me feel a lot more at ease.They reached out and got my x-rays so when I got there for the consult, they already had a plan laid out, I paid and within 10 minutes I was in the surgery room. My surgery nurse/ assistant/ tech (sorry I am not sure about the terminology) was so great. She explained everything perfectly and was good at keeping me distracted because I was terrified. It took less than 3 minutes to be knocked out, I ended up having a high tolerance and they were so great about that. I could not recommend this place more. Barely any pain after and the post op paperwork is very thorough and informative!

As a seasoned patient and former medic -- my standards for good care are quite high -- therefore I just do not give reviews -- cause they would not be wholehearted, especially if there is any oversight that I have to follow up on... BUT that is NOT the case for this remarkable practice. So I can wholeheartedly say that this office - its staff- its practitioners and the environment itself are arranged to tend to the patients as well as possible. The FACT that they have a PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR [Kelly] speaks for itself... PCCs are a RARE thing in private practice offices in my experience -- and they offer just what the patient needs... coordination or care/ appointments/medication etc.. in other words TLC.. Thank you for the shining example Charleston Oral and Facial Surgery
