Wow, what a difference! Let me just say the staff I had was primo. I've never had a better group of professionals to work with. They were the most kind and skilled group I've ever had take care of me. And take care of me, they did. The rare issues I had were taken care of quickly and painlessly. I am so proud of my new smile. Thanks Dr Brian and staff. You guys gave me hope and a new lease on life.

These people at this place are truly amazing in every way, starting with Shelby she has treated me with so much respect and dignity that you would think that I was her dad and had just bought her a new car! lol! But no cap she was the best, and Kayla has made me feel like family herself, she has been the assistant working on me, I’m not sure how long she has been on her job but she’s the best, she does it so good and caring never no poke or no mishap that most dental assistant will do by accident, And the main Doctor here really knows his stuff wen it comes to making a smile, he will make you a great smile and have you smiling while he does it! Dr. Brian is a winner in every way! He pays close attention to making sure everything is right, he don’t rush he puts the time and work in to make sure everything is perfect. I know I couldn’t have made a better choice when I chose This Bunch!! Chattanooga dentures and implants was my choice and if I had to do it again it would be a no brainer I would choose these guys again!!!! My name is Gary Stoker i normally don’t do reviews on anything but I had to give these guys the props that they deserve!!!

Chattanooga Dentures and Implants, located on East Brainerd Road in Chattanooga, Tennessee, focuses on tooth replacement rather than general dentistry. While most dental offices provide root canals, fillings, and crowns, this practice focuses exclusively on dental implants, extractions, and dentures. The practice also has an on-site dental lab that supports the fabrication of denture and implant restorations, a detail that can shorten turnaround times for patients.
Patients considering implants can start with a free consultation to review their options, including full arch replacement using implant-supported dentures. One patient described how after seeing a commercial and deciding to try a free consultation, talking with the office staff about options and scheduling was reassuring, and ultimately chose the All on four implants on the top teeth after review of their x-rays. The office serves the East Brainerd area and greater Chattanooga, and reviewers describe a calm, well-explained process from consultation through surgery.
Dr. Brian Brailsford, DDS treats patients at this location. Dr. Brailsford earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry, followed by extensive hands-on training in full arch dental implants, ridge augmentation, sinus lifts, and wisdom teeth removal.
