Sooo happy I made the switch to Cherry Hill Dental. I always thought going to the dentist was something everyone just had to endure.. its painful, hard scheduling overall just not a good time and this is simply not the case with them. Everyone was so warm and friendly from the minute I walked in to the very end. Everything was explained very well from proceedures to billing and the cleaning was PAINLESS!! I really enjoyed talking to everyone Megan, Anna, and Dr Mary Gadbois were absolutely amazing!!! They even gave me a little gift at the end for being a new patient. If your on the fence about changing because you think its all the same or its a hassle I promise you they make it so easy and its absolutely worth it! Thank you all again!

Let me start by saying that I hate leaving negative reviews, but I had such a bad experience, I will never go back to Cherry Hill Dental. It felt like the Hygienist was right out of school. She had an apparatus for every procedure. I even explained that I was not comfortable with it. I am still puzzled of why teeth are not cleaned prior to all the scans and X-rays. I have taken good care of my teeth my entire life & have had minimal cavities. Now, I’ve had two in a year? I doubt it. I will take my chances by going somewhere else next year.

For me and my wife, always a wonderful experience. This time was no exception, very prompt, knowledgeable, and professional service. Especially enjoyed how pleasant and talented the young ladies are. We got the finest dental care by a great staff at the Jefferson City location wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are much appreciated. God Bless!

This was the first visit for me and my husband and it went great. The staff was friendly, the dentist explained everything clearly, and we felt comfortable the whole time. I’m glad I chose Cherry Hill Dental.

We were quoted a price and told we wouldn’t pay anything more. If insurance didn’t cover something their office would pay the difference. A couple months later we get a bill for over $100. Their billing representative emailed me back once and then never responded until I got a letter threatening to send me to collections. This was for my husband’s fillings. They also quoted me for 5 fillings which I put off. Just recently went to another dentist and I have no cavities, at this point I doubt my husband did either. Will not be returning here and I don’t recommend you do, either. This is for the office in Jefferson City, MO. They 100% told me they would pay the difference because I asked if I would need to pay anything else. I also have the yellow paper that quoted me what I would pay and the bill for another $100 on top of what I already paid.
