The staff at Clear Choice dental was excellent, caring, thoughtful, and attentive. I had a wonderful experience. I was nervous at first, but they was really wonderful at explaining everything and making me feel comfortable. I would recommend them completely! I would like to give a special shout out to their great team & staff, that was so instrumental in my successful experience. Thanks so much to Dr. Wilson, Dr. Eric, Dr. Aaron Haah, Giselle, Avery, Uzma & Jessica. I really appreciate the Comfort, motivation, and confidence you all have given me!

My first experience back in 2023 was not nearly as positive as it was now. The whole team is way more customer focused and the processes way smoother. Especially with regard to being on time. No more excessive wait times!

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From the start everyone at Clear Choice has gone above and beyond my expectations to make my experience a memorable one. From the minute you are greeted at the front desk till the time you leave, everyone is curtious, friendly and very professional. The actually make seeing the dentist a pleasure. And for the first time in years, I am excited and confident to show my smile.

All you need is one visit to this office to be deceived by their policies of no refund from their bank located in Nebraska.
Upon entering, I was prepared to pay cash of $31,000 for implants, and put $1,000 down. Instead of accepting my offer to pay cash after I got approved by my medical doctor for any type of surgery, They told me that X-rays would be needed and stated I should return to the office for a second time.
I returned, and unfortunately they didn’t tell me that the X-rays would be taken that day.
When I came in they took the X-rays immediately but they never supplied them to me.
I realized that with the medical conditions I had, and my schedule already in place, their time frame for the surgery on my mouth was not advisable for me. So I called them at this office immediately same day, to postpone the procedure, but the seller continued to insist on the date that they selected. I could not get my X-rays or my money back.
In addition to that, I had to pay an attorney to contact them to see if PROCEED FINANCE, the Clear choice bank would willing to dismiss the charges and their answer was that I had to get Clear Choice Dental Implants to bill me in order for them to release me from the obligation, $2,500 dollars for the temporary bridge containing 3 artificial teeth, I did receive and the X-ray which I did not ever receive.
In addition to that, the angry and hateful people in that office never bothered to check my medical records, my health condition at the time they scheduled me for a surgery which I never had, nor did they seek to understand anything about my ability to undergo anesthesia.
This business thrives upon unsuspecting senior citizens who are not familiar with predatory lending practices.
I finally paid them off but the five months it took to resolve this matter cost me over $3,000 dollars and dropped a credit score over 803 down below 600. I was so frustrated and glad to be free from constant stress with the situation that I just paid them off and let it go.

We were off to a slow start. Had several appointments canceled and rescheduled. But well worth it. I love my new teeth and everyone is so professional and pleasant. This truly was a awesome experience. I highly recommend it clear choice!
