When I initially signed up to get my implants, I was told it takes 3 Months. But it took 16 Months. My appointments were canceled several times due to "emergencies",even after I already arrived to my scheduled appointment that was booked several weeks/Months in advance. Some I had to cancel because I was told to wait in the waiting room for a few hours, which I couldn't do, due to my work. All appointments are booked very far out, even after begging them to be on a waiting list or whatsoever because this had ruined lots of my trips,plans and goals already. When it was finally supposed to be over, the implants I received were straight up yellow and i had to refuse. My final delivery is very yellow, too (way darker than my natural teeth and way thicker, to the point that it straight up looks very fake) but at this point I was so done with this clinic, that I decided to take it and run. I guess it's better than no teeth.. I'm very frustrated with their process, the lack of compassion, and unprofessional receptionists. I wish I went to another clinic for my front teeth... but what's done is done. I have more work to do,but will certainly proceed with another clinic. The doctors are very nice and explain things thoroughly. A couple of their assistants are super nice as well (especially the last one i got to meet for my final delivery) And Jen, who sold me on it, always has a smile on her face. She is a good sales person that's for sure, but she should have explained that it could certainly be longer than 3 Months. I'd imagine that bone crafting,etc was needed with other patients in the past. So, don't tell people it's done in 3 Months, if you can't guarantee it.

Starting with I have my temperary teeth. The staff here has been great. Everyone is easy to understand and eager to answer questions. Because of some of my health issues I had teeth pulled over several visits then the tempery teeth were installed. My face hurt for almost 3 weeks but each week is getting better, it was even hard to shave. But all is settled down now and learning to eat with a full mouth of teeth. A new experience I have not had in 20 years. I look forward to my perment teeth and smile in July so I can enjoy an even better smile than I have today. Thanks Clear Choice Portland

It was a great experience. It is great to have everything you'll need under one roof. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The have a very efficient way of doing things, which may be perceived as a bit conveyer belt like process, but that said, I appreciated how fast everything went. Financing was easy, surgery went well and at and half the cost of my periodontist's charges. My temporary teeth look great. The permanent ones will look even better, and, I went home with them secured in my mouth!!! I am thrilled and highly recommend you go for a consult. They were not in any way pushy and most were very understanding and empathetic.

I broke my front tooth 🦷 and went straight into panic mode — but after a quick Google search for emergency dental care, I found a clinic that truly turned my day (and my smile!) around. From the very first call, the process was smooth and reassuring. They were able to get me in for a same-day appointment, and I didn’t even have to wait long when I arrived. The team was so kind and professional. The 3-D scan was included, and Elena worked with me all afternoon to help secure financing for my implant (which ranged between $5,500–$6,000). Thanks to her support, I was able to schedule my surgery within just two weeks — such a relief! 🗓️ Dr. Matt was incredible. He quickly molded a temporary tooth for me that same day so I could still smile confidently at an upcoming milestone event I absolutely couldn’t miss. 😁 I am genuinely overwhelmed with gratitude. This has been one of the BEST experiences I’ve ever had at a dental office. Every single person on the team came together to make sure I felt cared for, respected, and supported. If I could give more than five stars, I would! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thank you from the bottom of my heart — I’m smiling again, and these are tears of joy! 🥹💛

The entire experience was incredible! My husband and I both were patients over this last year and from the planning with Jennifer to the procedure and final delivery, we were treated as if we were the only clients in the building! They really take pride in their work down to every detail. Even working hard to make the financing happen (thanks Jen!) They were very receptive to specific wants and actually care that you are totally happy with your results! Love these guys! Annie, Jenny, Julie and of course Dr. Sam! The surgeon is also incredible and takes time to make sure you understand every aspect of the procedure and post-op. I would recommend this team to anyone who is in need and know that you are in great hands! If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would!! Definitely worth it!!
