I had a gray tooth that died after a long ago filling.when it finally broke off my dentist wanted to give me a Maryland bridge which requires healthy teeth to be filed to fit the metal frame. I’m glad I called Clear Choice for an implant consult.
At my first meeting, with Lisa answered all my questions. The surgery was quick. All the staff were friendly and professional—and skilled. There was a long wait while the screw healed and knitted with the bone.
The final “delivery” with Dr. Spero was so awesome. He took his time and made sure the tooth fit perfectly with my mouth and my bite. Now I have a tooth that looks and acts like my original tooth. I couldn’t be happier with the result. Thanks Clear Choice!

ClearChoice in Walnut Creek is the best place for dental work-implants. Dr Morris who is the Lead for the Walnut Creek care team of professional oral surgeons, and supporting staff is an excellent dentist with many years of experience. He is professional, efficient and very pleasant.
Mikaela and Burke who helped me during my last visits, when I had inserted two implant, are experienced, knowledgeable and very helpful with providing detailed explanation of the procedure.
Dr. Alex Romansh performed local anesthesia with extraction one of tooth and placement two implants in swift, painless and without expected discomfort. I consider his work as “ above and beyond”.
I need to mention a great job done by Lisa, general manager, who on the initial consultation addressed all information regarding timeline, cost and bill in a transparent way .
I highly recommend the ClearChoice dental center in Walnut Creek for anyone who needs implants placement.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at ClearChoice in Walnut Creek. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for. Lisa Faszer did my consultation, and she was so kind, patient, and thorough. She really took the time to listen and made me feel completely at ease about the whole process.
The reception ladies couldn’t have been nicer—they were always welcoming and happy to answer any questions I had, no matter how small. Mary, the tech I worked with most often, was amazing. She truly knows what she’s doing and was so reassuring throughout everything. Her calm, confident presence made a huge difference for me.
Dr. James Morris was exceptional. You can tell he truly strives for perfection for his patients, and it shows in the care and attention he gives. I felt like I was in the best possible hands.
This experience has truly been life-changing, and I’m so grateful for this entire team. If you’re considering dental implants and want a place where people genuinely care about your comfort and results, I highly recommend ClearChoice.

Went here in Oct. 2025 for a full upper denture and 4-on-1 implants on the lower. The upper dentures cracked right down the middle about a month after getting my final permanent denture. I was charged $300 to repair it and they wouldn't listen to me when I explained that I believed the reason it broke was because it was ill fitting. It has now been another 2 months since paying for the repair and they have snapped again and they want to charge me $300 AGAIN to fix their ill-fitting work. I have cancelled all future appointments with them and found a different provider to actually fix the denture. Not only are the new guys on my insurance but they are dramatically cheaper than this place. Don't go here unless you have tried other places first.

My father had a full mouth extraction and implants at ClearChoice with Dr Morris. We did a few consults prior to making a decision and could not have made a better choice. He had an amazing experience with the entire staff. It has changed his life for the best and we are so appreciative of everyone at Clear choice. Special shoutout to Mary for making my dad feel well taken care of at every visit.
