What a great experience! Always hated going to the dentist now I can't wait for my next appointment. Had a full mouth dental implant. Dr. Mike was very patient and gave me all the information I needed to make the right decision, all the while making me feel comfortable about the whole proceqdure. The reception staff were very accommodating and Faith even gave a recommendation for a breakfast place close by. Sarah and Toni were very pleasant and professional in their care for me. Going into this office building is like going into a spa. Very tranquil atmosphere, clean and well appointed with the finest cutting edge technology. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Dr. Mike Fiorito has successfully given me some teeth implants in the back of my mouth. I find that he's very gentle yet persistent in doing a job well done. Dr. Mike and his assistants are very kind and provide a pleasant atmosphere. He doesn't seem to accept mediocrity in his work, but instead possesses an ultimate goal of satisfaction of his work as well as a satisfied patient. I'm very satisfied with the implants that Dr. Mike Fiorito has given me, and my recommendations for him are extremely high.

The entire team makes you feel at ease from your first visit all the way through the entire process. Professional and very caring at the same time while keeping you informed throughout your visit. They even call the next day to check up on how you are doing. The extra step seems to be the norm. I approach my visits knowing everything will be ok and painless. You should too. Thank you Dr Mike, Sarha and Joanna.

I had a tooth extracted on 8/19/26 with Dr. Michael and assistant Toni. I was nervous but they took the time to address my concerns. Dr. Micheal was very professional and checked to see how I was doing several times during the procedure. Toni was with me before, during, and after the procedure and really helped calm my nerves! I would highly recommend them. All staff were helpful. Connie W

Gabby, Cheyenne and dr Elias were quite literally amazing. The filling that they did for me was painless and quick. If you are looking for a dentist come here the are the best.

Cleveland Implant Institute is a dental implant practice with offices in Concord and Mentor, Ohio. The Concord office is located at 8245 Auburn Road and is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. The practice focuses on dental implants for patients missing one, several, or all of their teeth, including single implants, implant retained dentures, and full arch and full mouth dental implants. For patients with significant bone loss in the upper jaw, the practice also offers zygomatic implants, which anchor into the cheekbone, and pterygoid implants, which anchor into dense bone at the back of the upper jaw, as alternatives to extensive bone grafting. Meet the Doctors
Dr. Michael Fioritto, DDS, is the founder of Cleveland Implant Institute and the practice's board certified implant specialist. He earned a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from Georgetown University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Case Western Reserve University, where he received the International College of Dentists Award. He completed an externship at the Midwest Implant Institute and a one year comprehensive implant dentistry program through the Medical College of Georgia's MAXI course. Dr. Fioritto is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry and an Honored Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and he has served as Chair of that academy's Admissions and Credentials Board. He is certified by the Ohio State Dental Board to provide intravenous conscious sedation in the dental office and is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
