From the minute I walked in, I felt very comfortable. I was greeted with a smile and check in was a breeze. Excellent first impression. Assistant took great care of me, explained everything beautifully and even adjusted her care for this hard of hearing patient. Dr. Was great too.

I was very pleased with my experience. The office staff were pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. The office spaces, waiting room all areas were immaculate and made me feel comfortable. Very modern and attractive. There were plenty of parking spaces. Anita with whom I met first for medical information and history was thorough professional, good natured and reassuring. Dr Khoury could not have been better. I never felt rushed. She explained everything in detail. I was pleased with her presentation. She was detail oriented, knowledgeable and personable. She made attempts to set up the next appointment as soon as possible, which was scheduled. I would highly recommend this practice.

I was really nervous for my consultation appointment. Everyone is so nice from the front desk staff to the Dr.'s. I immediately felt comfortable as soon as Dr. Khoury walked in the room. She addressed my concerns and what she would recommend! (Way better news than I was anticipating) Make your appointment today. You won't regret it. The only disappointing thing is the time frame or appointments. They book months out. But that is because they are so good and have that many patients to take care of. I'm ready to get my procedures done today. Looking forward to my appointment! Come on October☺️ Thank you so much Dr. Khoury

I had a great experience at the CNY Periodontics and Implants office. The place was very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The dentist took the time to review my X-rays and explained everything clearly, including the next steps for my treatment. I really appreciated how informative and professional the visit was.
