Colchester Dental has been wonderful with me so far. After accepting me as a new patient they were quick to fit me in, evaluate my situation, create a plan, and start executing it right away. Dr. Hoang has been very kind, and has helped me understand my oral health. And the office has been excellent as well. The office manager Julie patiently answered all my questions and helped me understand scheduling and billing. Constance at the front has also been very kind and warm as well. They’ve got a wonderful team!

First visit there and every single staff was friendly and efficient. Made me feel I have been going there for years. I'm very happy I found this dental office and would recommend to everyone!

Very friendly, super patient and understanding staff. They worked with me and my dental anxiety and made sure I was comfortable and okay during each step of the process. Im very thankful for them working with me on that. It went super smoothly

I’m the primary caregiver for my 82 yo mother who has dementia. I take her to all of her appointments and today she had an appointment with Colchester Dental Group (Aspen Dental referred her) for 2 partials. The appointment was confirmed on July 23 via a text that Colchester Dental Group sent me - as well as a phone call from them on the same date. I showed the office manager both the text and the phone call log.
We had to be there for 11 am today. Which means I left my house at 8 am to get to mom’s, get her organized and in the car, and drove almost 2 hours to their office.
Imagine my surprise when we checked in and got a blank stare. Not on their calendar. Showed them the text they sent and the phone call record.
Office manager appears and gives me a sad story about how someone had called out and someone went home early.
Not my problem. It’s your problem - how do you propose to fix it?
Offers another appointment on my first day of school. No can do.
I suggest bumping someone off today’s calendar as we are there at the time they sent us. Hand wringing. They were really in a pickle with no obvious solution and couldn’t we be flexible? No, I cannot. We arrived on the day and at the time YOU gave us. She lives 2 hours away. She is 82 and has dementia- it was a task to get this far.
Ended up leaving without being seen. They offered zero solutions to a horrible situation they created.
I feel for the elders that cannot advocate for themselves and don’t have anyone to support them.
Avoid Colchester Dental Group at all costs.

Adi and dr hong have been nothing but amazing. They are able to get me in for emergency’s same day. They make you feel comfortable and welcome. They tell you everything they do before they do it so you aren’t surprised. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I highly recommend this dental office. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are beyond amazing
