I wouldn’t even give them a one star, but I have to for this review. My experience is that I was an established patient. I called to make an appointment because I had a tooth infection. They could not schedule me for my tooth infection because they had to schedule a computer maintenance in the middle of the week that doesn’t make sense to me because you’re losing patience when it could’ve been done at night or on a weekend when you’re not open they told me they would call me back when the computer system was back up. I never received a call so I called the next day scheduled appointment. Couldn’t get me in right away. I get to my appointment after driving an hour. They tell me I have a balance and would not see me until balance was paid understandable but that information could have been given to me when I made my appointment rather than making me drive an hour they lack in customer service greatly.

I was very helpful they were able to take me with such short notice. The place was very clean, everyone was so nice and very caring of myself and my concerns. They went over what to tell my dentist back home in Memphis. Overall, highly recommend this place and staff.

These guys are awesome. I have taken 4 of my own kids there now for braces and over the past 5 yrs absolutely awesome friendly very professional job well done!!! And they convinced my kids to brush brush brush!! The kids didn't want to disappoint them!!

Just left the office less than enthused. I give them 2 stars because I got in early and the Dr. Was chipper. I've heard and seen reviews and posts online about their billing and coding errors that make people pay so much more out of pocket which I just witnessed myself. I had already received 2 quotes on an implant for a tooth but I was just told that it would be completely out of pocket. $4k is nothing to blink past.. lol anyhow.. biggest star drop is that I was just told that my prescription couldn't be faxed or called into my pharmacist, I had to bring it in myself 🤣 I worked in dental in the early 2000's so pretty familiar with the guts of practice! I guess emergency wise, I would recommend. Other than that I would always have your billing and codes checked to ensure accuracy a cider or your insurance before you pay themz dollaz$
