Great care at Comfort Dental. Dr. Nick explained the condition of my teeth while he gently cleaned and examined. The Hygienist polished with expert care. I've been a patient for almost 10 years and I highly recommend Comfort Dental.

As always, Dr. Stoddard was very pleasant and professional. He told me exactly what he needed to do and answered all my questions thoroughly. He provided excellent care and I am very happy with the results. His assistant Greyson was also very helpful and informative. The office staff was also very pleasant and professional. Overall it was a very good visit.

I specifically scheduled an exam and a cleaning. My first appointment literally lasted about 10 minutes and they did not do a cleaning. They did my xrays and the dentist looked at the 2 teeth i mentioned I needed a crown on and that was it. They did not do a cleaning and the assistant "Rachel" was extremely rude when i mentioned that I scheduled an appointment specifically for that and xrays. She didnt greet me when she came in the room and when i asked about the cleaning she immediately was argumentative. The receptionist I scheduled with and 2 other people that asked me what I was there for did not mention they don't do cleanings first exam when I said I was there for an exam and a cleaning. This is the first dentist ive ever gone to that doesnt do a routine cleaning, xrays and goes over the health of ALL of my teeth first appointment so they can make a plan to address all issues in my mouth. I mentioned after the doctor left that i forgot to mention a chip in my front tooth (if they LOOKED at my teeth they wouldve seen it) and was basically told "too bad" by rachel. Waste of my time and rachel was so incredibly condescending. She has NO business working around people/hospitality.
I'll be getting my cleaning that I paid my deductible to get and will update this review IF I'm treated better. I understand policies but communication goes a long ways and rachel needs to be talked to about her attitude. I will not be scheduling my crowns on my teeth as advised by the dentist until they at least LOOK at my teeth and xrays and go over it with me as they should've in the first place.

Greeted nicely and checked in quickly. Was able to get in about 10 min earlier than my stated time, so no waiting!
Really appreciate being able to fill out the paperwork ahead of time online.
Technician and Dr Scott did a great job. Pleased with my visit!

There was no wait for my appointment! I was in and out in a short amount of time. Everyone was very friendly. Those working on me made sure I was comfortable. Having my teeth worked on isn’t anything I look forward to, but the folks there make it a very pleasant experience.
