Do NOT go here to get your wisdom teeth removed, it was not only a terrible experience but the most painful experience of my life so far. They had problems sending my prescription to my pharmacy and didnt even call to let me know. I haf to come back to get a paper prescription and i dont live in town i had moved from junction but this appointment was made months ago so i figured i would make the trip. so after getting 3 teeth ripped out of my mouth i had to just be in pain for the first 24 hours until the next day i went to pick it up, Christy and christine whoever it is were just talking for who knows how long i had to insert myself to get help. Absolutely unacceptable. i was in so much pain and they didnt even care to have my prescription ready KNOWING i was going to be coming in. So i had to wait even longer. So Ridiculous . For the cherry on top she spelled my name wrong and i almost wasnt able to get my prescription! Thank you so much for the worst experience of my life i appreciate it! This ones for the books i hope you guys get better front desk people for the sake of this business. Wish you luck

Saw Dr. Noah for about ten years, and the last four appointments, I'm stuck in their waiting room well beyond my appointment time, they seldom schedule me for an exam with my actual dentist (they just put you with whoever is on rotation), if you need to get booked for a procedure, they are months out. They collect your money before they've even seen you. I take time out of my day to make appointment times work and when I've sat in your waiting room for an hour beyond my scheduled appointment time and you can't even estimate when I'll be called back, it's clear that I'm not a priority. Easily switched to another dentist who isn't booked months out, and saw me at my scheduled time.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Noah. He broke my buccal in several areas. But shockingly denied it when I brought it up. When I sought help from the practice, they informed me that he was the only one who could continue my treatment. I really didn't want him to work on me again. In my opinion, if a dentist damages someone's mouth, they should not be allowed to practice anymore. You can't regenerate bone that has been taken away. This wasn't just a tooth issue; it involved the buckle that supports the teeth. I believe he should be removed from practice.

Avoid at all costs, this business is a scam. Called and confirmed they are in network for my insurance, before my appointment they took my insurance and said nothing, then conveniently at the end they tell me I'm out of network and try to upsell their "Gold Plan". The front desk was very rude and didn't apologize for any confusion or miscommunication on their part. The dentist, last name Noah, was just in and out, didn't explain the treatment plan they were trying to sell me along with their "Gold Plan", while I was telling them how frustrated I was with the insurance issue.

Dr Hollingshead continues to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort. This dentist gave me a different perspective on going to the dentist. If you are considering a new dentist, this place is great. All the staff and the assistants are great. Honestly Hollingshead deserves those 5 stars, and so do his assistants.
