I had an outstanding experience at Conyers Dental & Implant Center with Dr. Fraser and his entire staff! From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Dr Fraser took the time to explain the entire implant process, making me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way.
The surgery went smoothly, and the results have truly changed my life. The staff was attentive, patient, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire experience. Their attention to detail, customer service, and commitment to excellence made me feel like family.

Conyers Denture & Implant Center is the real deal. After being told by multiple other "same-day" clinics that an emergency replacement would actually take weeks, this independent team got me fitted on Monday and delivered my completed dentures on Tuesday.
The entire staff is exceptional: the receptionist worked miracles to squeeze me in, and the dental assistants completely eased my anxiety during my X-rays and exam. Dr. Frazier and the on-site lab tech are true artists who fixed severe fit and gag-reflex issues I had from a previous corporate provider, ensuring my new set was absolutely perfect before I left.
Exceptional quality, true same-day turnaround, and very affordable pricing - highly recommend!

I just have to say that I had the best experience here!! I came in for a consultation back in January for implant supported dentures for both arches. I was so happy that I decided to have the surgery done to place the implants. Dr. Fraser explained everything to me and was just super nice as was the office staff and dental assistants. I had the implant surgery in February and was just treated like a king!! After the follow up appointments between getting my final over-dentures in July, I couldn’t be happier!! They take good care of you here and work with you on your time. Dr. Fraser is extremely good at what he does. I really appreciate everything!! The office staff is wonderful!! The assistants are very knowledgeable and thorough with everything!! If you are thinking about getting this kind of dental work done or any dental work done, don’t hesitate. Choose Dr. Fraser, he is great!! Will definitely take care of you!! Again, thank you so much for everything!! Will continue to come back for maintenance and follow up appointments!! Y’all are the best!! Life changing results!!

Well, After reading many reviews, my story is similar. I was a patient there for more than 7 years. Dr. Fraser is a decent man. However, I was mistreated when I complained about being sick from anesthesia they used for Lanap Surgery. Dr. Fraser made the comment that it was just "Anxiety", he was very dismissive of my sickness. I got dizzy and nauseated from the chemicals he used. Yesterday, I used a different place and had the same Lanap procedure done on my left side. No Dizziness, No nausea. Dr. Fraser needs to show patients more empathy and take their concerns seriously. Also, that "Office Manager lady" is very unprofessional and need management training. I am glad I will never set foot in that place again.
