I had no issues when my first son had his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Grewal. Because of that positive experience, I didn’t hesitate to bring my second son to Dr. Grewal for the same procedure.
At first, everything seemed fine—until about a month later when we visited our orthodontist, Dr. Kawata (who is an AMAZING orthodontist). New X-rays were taken, and Dr. Kawata asked whether my son’s wisdom teeth had been removed and if there had been any complications. I confirmed that the procedure had been done and that no issues had been reported.
However, Dr. Kawata was clearly perplexed and concerned by what he saw. He explained that remnants of a wisdom tooth were still visible on the X-ray and immediately called Dr. Grewal personally to discuss the findings.
Dr. Grewal’s response was simply to have us call his office to schedule another extraction.
An appointment was made, and the extraction was performed again—but there was not a single apology or any acknowledgment of the mistake. My son had to undergo anesthesia twice for the same procedure and missed Christmas dinner because he was still on a soft-food diet.
Please be mindful when choosing your oral surgeon. I know I will not be bringing my third child to him.

Dr. Grewal and his entire team provided exceptional care for my daughter during her ankylosis tooth and wisdom teeth removal. Before the surgery, Dr. Grewal worked closely with her orthodontist and took the time to explain every detail of the procedure to us, which made us feel very comfortable and informed.
During the surgery, he and his staff were extremely professional, caring, and attentive. After the procedure, the follow-up care was outstanding. My daughter developed an infection in one of the wisdom tooth extraction areas, and even late on a weekend night, Dr. Grewal responded to my text immediately, prescribed medication, and arranged to see her as soon as the office opened.
We are so grateful for the level of care and dedication we received. The office staff is also incredibly friendly, compassionate, and supportive. I highly recommend Dr. Grewal to anyone needing oral surgery care!

Dr. Grewal and his team area amazing. His front office is kind and very helpful in setting up appointments. Dr. Grewal himself has tremendous experience and made my 4 tooth wisdom teeth extraction a breeze. Definitely recommend!

The staff made me feel comfortable. They engaged with me when I felt anxious. They paused for me to feel better. Explain the whole procedure. Doctor was very nice. I didn’t feel criticized or ashamed to get dental work done.

I have not taken the best care of my teeth over the years. This fact as well as some fear compiled into embarrassment. These barriers and the way other dental providers have treated in the past made all of my dental experiences worse. I cannot express how nice the staff and Doctors were here. I was open with them about my past and was treated with respect, dignity and understanding. I am in the healthcare field and felt better cared for prior, during, and after the procedure more than at a facility with hundreds of staff. I would recommend this first and foremost to regular dental patients. But overall if you have any trepidation about dental care come see these folks. You will be treated and feel cared for.
