My experience with Court St Dentures was easy, professional and quite a relief. My elderly mother is in late stage Alzheimer's and lost her bottom denture. The dentist and receptionist were so helpful, accommodating and kind. Thank you.

I went in to get my top denture. It has never fit properly. Dr. Edward Eplett made me feel like it was my fault the denture did not fit correctly or there was something wrong with my mouth. I not only bought my denture for 1600.00 I also put down a 1000.00 deposit for other work I may have done. Dr Eplett (and I use that title incorrectly) did an alignment for 490.00, about 2 weeks later it still did not fit right so I went back in to get some resolve. He said he would not charge me for another alignment because it was so soon and it was not aligned well. He owes me 510.00 that I had on credit and will not give it to me. I am taking him to small claims court to get all my money back. Do not use this denturist you will not be happy.

I have waited 10 years for my new set of top dentures and they were made in October 20 24 and it is now February 2025 and they still do not fit correctly. The last time I was in, I was made to feel like it was my fault that they didn’t fit. The receptionist Becky is awesome and she made a different appointment with me with Josh. I couldn’t make that appointment because my schedule has changed and I have left numerous messages to reschedule and I have never received a phone call back. I am beyond frustrated

All I can say is don't use them . They were paid $1600 for an upper denture that I picked up 1 day before leaving for the winter. They did not fit and were missing rear teeth that I had in my current dentures . They said to bring them back when I returned in the spring and they would fix then. I brought them in and they set up an appt to come back .Now mind you I never wore them at all and when I came into the appt I noticed the color had way too much brown in the teeth so I brought that to their attention and they said they would not redo them as I had waited too long to mention they were not the right color . They DO NOT give refunds so I left the denture and walked out . Honestly I should have went with my dentist who quoted $200.00 less and didn't require payment up front . I was trying to give my business to directly to the ones doing the actual work . I will also say I have had an upper plate for 55yrs as I got them in my early 20s ,so I've had several made over the years and the one they made were the worst ,most flimsy and unnatural looking I've ever had made . I'm just going to my dentist and have my current ones relined.I'm so disappointed at the treatment I received . They were paid 3xs what I've ever paid for a plate and I came away with nothing ...not even an apology!😞

I have been trying to find somewhere to help my father-in-law with his dentures since his wife passed away. I live out of state and he is not eating. I have called so many places and just got turned away. When I called Court Street, the gentleman was very nice and listened to my story. I work at a Dental clinic in another state and understand how frustrating it can be trying to get help with dentures that were not made by that company. I was so impressed and felt listened to by this office. I am so grateful they will be seeing him as a patient next week to see what is going on and try to help him so he can eat again. Thank you sooooooo much Court Street for just even taking the time to listen!
