I was experiencing a tooth infection impacting the nerve and needed to get the tooth extracted as soon as I could. Dakota Valley got me in within a couple hours of the referral and I was in and out in no time. Dr. Indovina and Sarah were absolutely amazing. Super caring when I was a bit embarrassed from my broken tooth and explained everything very very well. 1000% will recommend this place!

The only suggestion I have is to provide clear instructions to the correct clinic. It’s inconvenient to have oral clinics so close to each other. Technically, I arrived at my appointment on time, but I ended up at the Eagan location, which is five to seven minutes from the Burnsville location. Staff at Eagan contacted the Burnsville location to inform them that I had arrived at the wrong clinic. They advised me to head over to the Burnsville location, which again is only about five minutes away from the Eagan location. However, on my way over to the Burnsville location, I received a call from the Burnsville location, informing me that they needed to reschedule my appointment. I pleaded with them to keep my appointment, as I was only two minutes away from the clinic. After several attempts, they finally allowed me to keep my appointment which I was on time for. Overall, I had a great experience, but I believe there could be a slight improvement in the way appointments are managed. I understand that I may have ended up at the wrong location before my appointment, but it would be helpful if the staff could be more mindful of people who actually show up on time.

If you want top notch service, go see these ladies!! Dr R is in lucky to have the team that he does. They were so friendly and explained everything and made sure you were as comfortable as humanly possible with the oral surgery. Dr R was great, gentle and did great work but the ladies that were supervising the procedure are so good!!

I had a great experience. Staff was friendly and professional. Had to have a wisdom tooth extracted. From the time I was called back until I was finished took about 30 minutes. The procedure was pain free, and I was even sent home with a pint of ice cream!

5 stars for sure! Got my wisdom teeth out a nicely thank you to Dr. Jaberi and his team. Thank you the very nice receptionist also. Thank you Dr. Jaberi for such a smooth experience and for being kind. I was a new patient yet felt very welcomed and warm like family.
