We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Rich and his team! Both my husband and son recently had some teeth removed, and everything went incredibly smooth from start to finish. Both procedures were quick and painless. Dr. Rich was professional, caring, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. His follow up communication after the surgery was also top notch. He made sure we fully understood the recovery process with zero judgments. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Dr. Rich for taking such great care of my family. We highly recommend them! ❤️

Such an awesome Oral Surgery Center! Dr Rich is so resourceful, described everything in detail and was so honest. My oral surgery today was a great experience, painless and was finished before I even know! He even contacted me afterwards on the same day to make sure that I was doing good, which was so impressive. All the staff are wonderful, smiling, welcoming, respectful, polite and professional! I highly recommend this amazing & caring & Oral Surgeon to everyone.

I had my wisdom teeth removed here and I’m so glad I chose this clinic. The team was amazing—professional, patient, and really reassuring the whole time. They explained everything clearly and made the whole experience feel much less scary than I expected. My recovery has honestly been painless, which I’m still surprised (and very grateful) about. Dr. Rich even checked in to see how I was doing, which meant a lot. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery.

This review is long overdue, as my daughter’s procedure was back in July 2025. She needed two wisdom teeth removed, and we were very nervous going into it because she has weak enamel and we were concerned about damaging the surrounding teeth.
The team at Danville Oral Surgery Center did an excellent job from start to finish. They made the entire experience so much easier and more comfortable for all of us. Her recovery went incredibly well — she had very little pain, barely any swelling, and healed surprisingly fast.
We truly appreciated the care, professionalism, and reassurance they provided throughout the process. Highly recommend this office to anyone needing oral surgery care.

One of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Dr Rich and his team do an amazing job at making you feel welcome and at home. I went in for all 4 wisdom teeth to be removed and after hearing some horror stories from others i was hesitant to get this done thanks to Dr Rich and his team my procedure was not painful at all with almost no swelling! I’ll definitely be recommending anyone in need of dental work to book here!

Danville Oral Surgery Center is led by Dr. Andrew Rich, DMD, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon who is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Rich grew up in Redding, California, completed his undergraduate studies at UC Santa Barbara, and earned his dental degree at Western University of Health Sciences. He then completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Highland General Hospital in Oakland and has lived in the Bay Area for over a decade. The practice displays affiliations with the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Dental Association.
