Dr. Falconer was so nice explaining everything to my son and me. My son had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out. My son didn't even know they cut out all 4 wisdom teeth. They were all nice to him and me. They called later to check in on him. I would highly recommend him.

Billed months after 1 tooth was removed and all was thought to be settled...due to a changed phone number i now have interest acuring and an attorney office threatening to take my paycheck...its sad the two people benefiting from me make more money than I would know what to do with but its people like me stuck scrambling to pay bills such as these.

My first visit (yesterday, 6/5/23) was a mixed bag. Finding the right place to park so I'd be close to the entrance/exit was difficult. The entrance is a single hung door with small signs identifying it as such. It looks like a delivery door, which is what I thought it was, so I went right past it towards the front of the building where I figured I'd find a well-marked sign with an easy-to-use door. I have a Handicapped Placard, but don't really care if all the handicapped places are taken, which they were, but I am OK with going out one row if need be, but in this case all of that row was filled up too. I parked in the first place I found, in the back of the building, first and only row in the back, and started walking (with my cane) and the first door said nothing about an oral surgery Clinic, so I walked to the next door, around the corner from the back side of bldg. and came upon the second, which was the door that I said looked like a delivery entrance, and it did at least have signs with the right name I was looking for on it. That's when my phone rang and it was my wife telling me she could see me (from inside) and to go into the door I was standing in front of. So the delivery door was actually the entrance to the surgery Clinic. I was already like 2 or 3 minutes late, and the combination of looking for the entrance in the car first and then on foot, added at least 5 to 10 minutes to my arrival time. It was about 40 minutes later when they called my name, which seemed excessive to me. But we got there and once inside it was like a whole different practice. Everyone on the other sides of the glass and doors were as friendly as could be, and that includes Dr. Falconer and his assistant/nurse, Kim. Once we got in the exam room the excessive waiting was over. We weren't being hurried or anything, just going through the normal completion of family and personal medical history which Kim completed in a well-organized and timely manner. This was a first-visit Consultation appointment and Dr. Falconer did his part of the consultation in a well-organized and timely manner as well. I wish I could give them better than 3 Stars, but the ailments of mine that cause me to have a Handicapped Placard in the first place made my hunt for parking close to the entrance and the extra walking I had to do because of where I ended up parking, was exhausting. I mean, I made it OK, but I was beat by the time I got home, which is where I headed immediately after we were done with the appointment. In other words, no other stops or chores while in town after leaving, just straight home. I would probably been moderately tired even if everything went smooth as silk, but being absolutely exhausted was much worse than I expected, and will be unacceptable if it happens like that again. 3 Stars is not indicative of how much I liked the people I dealt with. It's literally only because of lack of organization and/or readable signage outside of the building, but that was a big part of the experience for me, so I deducted 2 Stars, which I believe to be quite appropriate considering the overall experience. There ya go.
