The wisdom tooth removal itself went well and was completely pain free, so I have no complaints about the actual procedure. Unfortunately, the patient care and respect were not there. The way I was spoken to made me feel uncomfortable and even more nervous than I already was. Good dental care is important, but so is treating patients with kindness and respect.

My daughter recently had to have her wisdom teeth removed. Easy appointment staff called back right away. My daughter was able to get the extraction done quickly. Now my son needs the same procedure. Someone finally called back two weeks later we schedule the consultation. I get upstairs the lights are out as my son and I are approaching the door. I get to the door the young lady crawls across the floor as if I do not see her(haha). She proceeds to stand in the hallway to still see me and my son standing at the door. Walks to the door and ask can she help me? Have a 2:30 appointment. Tells me the doctor left for the day. Since I did not get there by 2:30 he left. I was standing there for almost five minutes. My son and I closed the door at 2:36PM on the dot less than an hour ago. The young was tall, petite , long curly black hair and tall like she was wearing a mouth guard. What is most interesting I have to bring my kids to the dentist across the hall and the lights are always out morning and afternoon. I cannot be Dr.Samuels only parent that child needs an extraction. Truly hope nothing has happen to him and nobody is saying anything. I would post the video but, I will not humiliate anyone in that manner. Now I have to find another office for this procedure when they did a great job for my daughter.

I had a impacted wisdom tooth sitting sideways in my mouth. I came here and got it extracted and didn't feel any pain thru out the entire procedure. Everyone was very professional. And I'm happy with the service I received and would defenitely recommend

Outstanding service and people at this office. I was nervous getting out 4 teeth one time and I'm glad I didn't go elsewhere. Dr. Nwogu and his assistant made me feel prepared and calm. The surgery was painless and the dental assistant lady did a great job at explaining post surgery care to me. I totally recommend!!
