I can't recommend Dental Artistry enough! Dr. Tom Spoonster and Dr. Alex Smith provide exceptional care with an incredible combination of expertise, professionalism, and compassion. I think they are the only two DABOI-certified doctors in Central Oregon, and their advanced training is evident in the quality of care they provide. They take the time to listen, explain every step, and genuinely care about the people they are helping.
What really sets Dental Artistry apart is the entire team. From the management and front office staff to the assistants and doctors, everyone is friendly, professional, and truly a pleasure to work with. I would trust anyone at this practice with my dental care.
If you're looking for the highest level of dental care from people who genuinely care about their patients, I highly recommend Dental Artistry for any and all dental needs.

The office is totally freezing cold. I had a 3hr appointment and especially after getting cold water sprayed on my face and neck, I then had to wait there for another hour +. They really need to provide blankets (like other offices do) to ensure I don't catch pneumonia if they are unable to control the office temperature. The front desk staff had portable heaters blowing on them! What about your patients?!

From my very first consultation with Dr. Thomas — though he was the fifth dentist I approached about my situation — I knew he was my person: the one guarding my smile. His and his team's approach felt refreshingly easy and never overwhelming. The way they walked me through what, when, and the cost, along with their Membership program, truly made me feel that I had finally found my Dental Care Family here in Oregon — just as I felt from my very first encounter with them at the Health Fair in Redmond.
I am so looking forward to this adventure we're embarking on together. It can feel scary and daunting on many levels, but I genuinely feel comfortable and ready to jump in.

I've been going to Dental Artistry Westside for over a year now. They are friendly, professional, and always greet me with a smile. Dr Smith is great and I always feel confident in his abilities. I've had one implant and a gum graft and both have worked out beautifully. Also love Dianna the hygienist. She's wonderful! Soooooo gentle yet thorough. The best hygienist I've ever had. Thanks guys.
