The staff is very professional and personable. I had Dr Harlem Auckland for the first time a couple weeks ago. She was so compassionate and did a fantastic job with me and my crown work. I have terrible dental anxiety and she was very understanding and did not make me feel embarrassed or guilty at all. My comfort was top priority. Chelsea and Grace take great care of the patients as well and I feel like I am seeing a family that all work well together and truly care about their patients. The front staff is always so pleasant and helpful. So glad to have found them for my dental needs.

This place is top-notch! I went in as a new-patient for a routine cleaning. I was promptly checked in and escorted to the back. The hygienists were all very friendly and knowledgeable, and I can honestly say that I have never in my life had such a thorough exam. I was impressed!

I recently had all of my cavities filled at Fiona Hills Dentist and I truly cannot say enough positive things about my experience. Everyone there is so incredibly kind — it’s honestly the most comfortable I’ve ever felt in a dental office. From the front desk to the clinical staff, every single person was helpful, accommodating, and genuinely caring. I was especially grateful that they were able to squeeze me in last minute when my insurance was ending. They were incredibly understanding and went out of their way to make sure I could be seen, which meant so much to me. The doctor did a great job with my fillings and made the entire process feel smooth and reassuring. I also want to give a special shout-out to the dental hygienist who was with me before my procedure. I tend to get very nervous before dental work, but she was so caring, supportive, and reassuring. She didn’t make me feel like just another patient — she took time to talk with me, helped ease my anxiety, and truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She made the experience feel less clinical and more personal, like I was talking with a friend who genuinely cared about how I was feeling. I’m incredibly grateful for her kindness, patience, and the compassion she showed me during my visit. I highly recommend Fiona Hills Dentist to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality dental care. I will absolutely be back for any of my future dental needs. Thank you so much to the entire team!

Absolutely amazing. This was my first time visiting a new dentist in nearly 8 years and they were so kind and helpful. Dr. Harleen was very informative and helped me take the next steps to have the best smile! Great staff!

I stopped going to Fianna Hills Dental over 5 years ago because every visit turned into a sales pitch for non-covered procedures—whitening, mouth guards, and other add-ons. Since switching dentists, I’ve had routine cleanings with zero upselling. Despite not being a patient for years, they still send me random texts claiming I have appointments scheduled. That alone is frustrating, but things got worse. My wife and children continued going there until recently. They were billed for procedures that were not performed (specifically an adult fluoride treatment), and we continue to receive bills and texts—even for adult family members who have their own insurance. There also appears to be serious billing issues. At one point, payments were being collected but not properly applied to accounts. On top of that, my adult child was told they needed over $2,500 in dental work. We got a second opinion from another dentist, who confirmed their teeth were fine and none of that treatment was necessary. When the second dentist requested records and X-rays, this office said they didn’t have any—despite billing insurance for X-rays earlier this year. The dentist themselves may be fine, but the office management and billing practices are extremely concerning and feel borderline scammy. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion if they suggest major work.
