Meet the Doctors

Dr. Jennifer Cha, DMD, MS, DICOI, DADIA, is a board certified periodontist and the President of the Dental Implant Institute. She has more than 30 years of experience in dental implant care and is a Diplomat of the International Board of Oral Implantologists, one of only three dentists in Las Vegas to hold that distinction. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Washington University School of Dentistry, a master's degree in Oral Biology, and a Certificate in Periodontics from Northwestern University. She is known for a technique that combines five implant procedures, including tooth removal, implant placement, bone grafting, abutment placement, and a temporary tooth, into a single visit. Dr. Leon Chen, DMD, MS, DICOI, DADIA, is the Founder and CEO of the Dental Implant Institute. He invented the Hydraulic Sinus Condensing technique, a gentle sinus lift method that makes implants possible for patients with low bone density, and he has placed over 30,000 dental implants during his career. He has also taught at Harvard University and Northwestern University. Together, Dr. Cha and Dr. Chen create personalized treatment plans designed to restore each patient's oral health, comfort, and confidence.
