My experience at this office has been great every time I have needed to be there. This last visit long as I needed several things done and the tooth extraction was amazingly not painful! The staff is wonderful and caring, yet very professional. The billing was fully explained. I highly recommend Dr. Kim.

The very best in care, awesome hygienist. Doctor Kim and staff are spectacular. Nathan & Dr. Kim have been god sent for all the difficult situations I’ve been thru … Took care of everything, thanks everyone! Working with Doctor Kim and Nathan on A implant and new rear crown tooth 🦷 This month. All is well. The office is nice, clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing. Having had terrible experiences at another dentist with horrible customer service and crazy long waiting times, this is a complete opposite experience. Yesterday was my 4th or 5th appointment, and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. Dr. James Kim is fantastic. Great attention to detail, very thorough and competent. I can’t say enough good about Dr. James Kim and the entire staff. Thank you so much.

I highly recommend Dr Kim at Total Care Implant Dentistry office in Palm Desert. We have been working together about 4 years to increase my oral health with crown replacements and most recently a molar implant. I was so happy to discover Dr Kim does the whole procedure--extraction, dental implant, screw placement, and final crown installation all in house! It's so much better than hopscotching to other specialists to complete this process. Furthermore I had heard dental implants took about 12 months and I was informed that his procedure usually takes 6-8 months for most patients. Dr. Kim and his staff work as a team and I'd like to thank him and Nathan for keeping me calm during this many-stepped procedure. Its a miracle that implants are available now and truly they are like new teeth. I was told to go to this office by a good friend several years ago, and she was right!

Everyone in this office is extremely nice - the front office staff, the dental assistants, the hygienists and Dr. Kim himself. They have also been extremely accommodating and understanding when I had last minute, unplanned schedule changes. Highly recommend this practice!
