It felt like my gums were poked harder than usual leading my floss to feel like it went and cut through my middle teeth’s gums later that night. I also had to haggle my price down because I was told over text I would be charged $100 without insurance for a checkup, but I was billed $411 before I asked why.

DentalWorks is absolutely amazing! They were quick and extremely friendly. I also didn’t know there were different treatment plans that the VA could approve and they let me know. The hygienist was informative and answered questions I had and concerns I had regarding my teeth. I couldn’t be happier with my visit and look forward to future visits.

Been going here for sometime, I had appointment for cleaning. I called them to make sure they had air condition and that they could handle my portable Oxygen. The reception asked me if my health decline well yeah I’m on Oxygen now and she asked me why, and I told her and she act like I was contagious and they did not want to do my cleaning. They are not set up for handicap or anybody with health issues. Then today of all things they text me and told me I missed my appointment. No, you refused to do my cares

My first visit today and what a wonderful experience from check in to X-rays to exam. I heard lots of laughing and conversations and it seemed as if everyone enjoys working there and the clients were engaging also! Dr Ybanze was so jolly!!!!!! Definitely would recommend.

I went in for a filling and was treated like I was the most important person in the office. But that’s the way I’m always treated. I can only assume that every patient is treated like me. This is the first Dentist I never dread seeing. They put a numbing agent on the gum and I never feel the novocaine. Very friendly people.
