I have severe anxiety around coming to the dentist. I first had a deep cleaning and they were wonderful. I was then scheduled for wisdom teeth removal, all 4. Scheduling, paying, all of that was easy. I was a basket of nerves. Melanie was literally my angel. After bringing me back and getting me settled, I had a nice comfy blanket placed across me for comfort and Melanie explained everything to me as well as had things written out after my appointment. Throughout my appointment while being under laughing gas, she would talk to me and make sure I was remembering to breathe and making sure I was okay. Any change in my face as I was under and she was making sure I wasn’t feeling anything. Dr. Tyler was also great. Literally the dream team. If I could pocket up Melanie’s energy and care for her patients and give it to others I would cause she’s phenomal.

We just left an appointment where my 9 year old daughter had to have an extraction of a molar and a filling. We tried this at another dentist in town and it was a dissaster. I was anticipating this to be the same. It wasn’t. We had the absolute best experience possible. My daughter was smiling and relaxed. The dentist and the assistant were EXCELLENT with my daughter. I’ll never go anywhere else. We found our dental home. They’ve done cleanings for me and another of my kids as well. Everyone is friendly, they send hand written notes and I am very impressed. Thank you for making this experience one I don’t have to dread!

I really enjoyed my experience here. After having a bad experience at my previous dentist’s office, I was a bit anxious going in, but this practice immediately put me at ease. Kailey was especially kind, informative, and professional throughout my visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. I truly appreciated the level of care and compassion, and I’m grateful to have found a place I can trust for my dental care.

My first visit was great. I needed $1750 worth of work done, and I paid in advance over the phone and scheduled my appointment. I ended up having to cancel because of an emergency at home, and I called them beforehand to let them know and try to reschedule. Unfortunately, there was no availability in the coming weeks, and I was about to start moving a couple of hours away, so I asked for a refund. I was told that the office manager (Chloe) would call me back, but she never did. A week later, I called again to discuss my refund, reiterating that I was in pain, I've moved 2 hours away, I have 3 small children, and I won't be able to make it back to this office. I was told that I'd have to come into the office to sign a form to receive a refund, despite the fact that they took my payment over the phone. When I told them that wasn't possible, they informed me that they'd "see what they could do" and that they'd "call back by the end of the week". Remember, their track record for calling back is weak so far. So! Say all that to say: the place is aesthetically nice, and the people are also aesthetically nice. But they don't care about you, your health, or your pain! They want your money and they won't give it back, even when they very rightfully should.

Dasha, is the best. She is very kind and gentle! She always makes you feel comfortable and she’s  amazing at her job. She is very knowledgeable and attentive to my teeth concerns. She always takes her time to educate me. I always look forward to future visits. I highly recommend her for your teeth treatments. She is awesome!
