Denise and Stephen are truly the difference makers at Desert Sky Dental Group and Orthodontics. They are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely care about their patients. You can tell they take their work seriously, but also truly enjoy what they do it shows in every interaction. They go the extra mile to personalize the experience, making you feel comfortable and valued. My teenage daughter who is seen for Orthodontists came home talking about how great Stephen’s service was, which says a lot. Friendly, professional, and thoughtful. I highly recommend them.

Brought my parents for treatment today. I am extremely grateful to the whole dental team. From check-in to checkout. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and caring. The young lady, Veronica, who helped explain my mom's dental plan, was so patient and extremely helpful. She explained in detail my mom's different dental options and helped my mom decide on a plan that she was comfortable with. My experience here with my parents was so incredibly great that I will be switching over my own personal dentist and coming here. You can see that the staff loves what they do and they care about their patients. Thank you Veronica for your kindness, patience and for being a great human.

Desert Sky Dental a superior clinic. From start to finish, everyone is cordial and professional. I was very fortunate to be able to secure an emergency visit, receive premium care, and secure medication to help with the pain until corrections can be made. The scheduling is always accommodating.

I came here in March for a check up. Wanted to make sure my sensitive gums were okay, and to check on the work done by my previous dentist. They said i needed a root canal even though i had no pain. They convinced me to do it even though my insurance wasn't active and said they'd reimburse me once the claim goes through. Never did they mention my crown was an entirely separate charge. Paid over $2000 for my entire procedure. During my root canal the end specialist hurt me so bad that i had sores all over my mouth and gums for two weeks. My jaw was so sore i now have tmj. Had so many problems trying to get in contact with the manager Veronica. She would tell me one thing, and Denise would tell me another thing. Everytime i call for my refund the manager wasn't available as she only works from 11-3. My insurance sent me an invoice and they notified me that i was to receive a refund of over $800 but Veronica only refunded me $600. Been trying to contact her and everytime i call i can't reach her. Very unprofessional business and i recommend anyone that is looking to not spend unnecessary money to find somewhere else. I cannot wait to find a dental office who does not cause me issues.

I had a great experience at this dental office, especially coming from someone who was previously traumatized by a past dental visit. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, patient, and very understanding, which helped ease my anxiety. A special thank you to Veronica, the manager, who took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns thoroughly. Her support made a big difference in making me feel comfortable and confident in my care. Overall, the team created a welcoming and reassuring environment. I highly recommend this office to anyone, especially those who may feel nervous about going to the dentist.
