I reached out to your practice because my own dentist was out of the office. I had a tooth that needed to be extracted. Your entire team was very helpful. The dentist and his assistant were extremely patient with me and my very stubborn tooth. I felt very much at ease in the chair. I do appriciate that. My initial contact was with a lady named Sloan. She explained how the process was going go unfold. She put me on a cancelation list and called me when a spot opened up. I think miss Sloan went above and beyond the scope of her normal duties. As a result of my experiance that day I will be switching to Diamond Valley Dental Care for my future needs. Miss Sloan, thanks again

I took my 89 year old mother there a few years back and they were so kind and gentle with her . I knew that’s where I would go when I started looking for a new dentist. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted with friendliness by everyone at the front desk. The dental hygienist was so kind and explained EVERYTHING as she went along. Her and the dr made me feel comfortable and at ease. You can tell it is important to them to make you smile the best it can be. I love this place

You all were the kindest! From the start of making the appointment to the actual appointment to leaving. The office was so modern and clean too! My entire family will be back !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I would give you 100 stars if I could. Thank you for being so good to us!

Dr Johnson and his dental assistant Shelby are top notch. He is so patient and kind, as is she. They made a root canal feel like a walk in the park. Would recommend Dr Johnson to anyone. He’s like hanging out with your favorite papaw.

I recently spent thousands of dollars with this place. I noticed that they had scheduled me for a day that I work. So I called to get it rescheduled. I was lucky enough to get Micah on the phone. From the start she had a horrible attitude. I nicely asked if I could possibly reschedule for the next day or the day after that. She said no she didnt have anything open. I asked if she had anything for when I return from my trip because I'm going out of the country. She again said no that she didn't have anything at all for weeks. The entire time I can tell she just doesn't want to be on the phone let alone help me. So I asked her why she was being so nasty and argumentative towards me and she argued more. I then asked who the manager was as I planned on coming in to speak with them. She stayed the managers name was Amanda and that I couldn't speak with her because she wasn't there this week. I then nicely asked who was in charge today. She said that there was nobody in charge. At that point I just shook my head and said wow! I asked for a corporate number but she refused to give me that too. She did tell me the name of the corporate headquarters so now I'm just waiting on a call from the regional manager. Hopefully he sees this... Having nobody in charge is most likely why they get away with treating ppl this way...
