I recently switched to Dorset Street Family Dental after ongoing scheduling issues at my previous office, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were able to get me in. When I called, I explained that I needed a cleaning, and they scheduled my initial visit within a month, which I really appreciated.
At my appointment, Dr. Baker was thorough, professional, and made me feel well cared for during the exam. Although the cleaning wasn’t completed during that same visit, the team was wonderful about getting me scheduled. Meghan, in particular, was amazing, she clearly explained the process, walked me through recommendations, and made billing completely transparent.
Overall, I’m grateful for how welcoming and efficient the team was, and I’m looking forward to continuing my care with them.

Had a great experience with them. Dr Baker and nurse Chelsea were awesome. Had a painless tooth extraction. Awesome guys! Front receptionist is super nice too! Highly recommended!

I do not reccomend this office for a variety of reasons. It is very difficult to get though to this office, and when you leave it is impossible to get the records/xrays. The care is not great. On one occasion while my husband was bringing our children for cleaning the dentist did not show up and the dental hygienist complete 6- month check in. This same dental hygienist forged the dentist signature and information a referral to orthodontics. This office is terrible.

As someone with anxiety who asks a ton of questions I was nervous to start prioritizing my smile and dental health. I feel so lucky to have found this office. I've not encountered anyone at this office that wasn't a delight, from the front desk to the dentist himself. Actually looking forward to my cleanings now thank you all so much!

Before the new owners this was a great practice!!! The dental hygienist was great. Through and pleasant.
The dentists who took over seem to be doing extra dental work- they Caused extensive damage drilling too deep on my wife’s filling. Then claimed I needed fillings. We both Consulted another dentist and no cavities were found!
Stay away !!
