Dr Aldridge and his team at Downeast Oral Surgery are amazing. The wait time for a consult is a slight wait but it is definitely worth it. For most people, when oral surgery is being considered it spikes anxiety. Dr Aldridge and his team are kind, calm, professional and confident in their abilities to ensure you are well cared for and comfortable. They strive to provide the highest level of care for each patient. When at Downeast Oral Surgery, you are heard by the whole team. Clear communication on handouts for pre op and post op are provided and are extremely helpful in preparing for surgery as well as recovering. If questions arise at any time, the team is ready to help you navigate and obtain an answer promptly. This applied an extra layer of support and confidence in the team. Downeast Oral Surgery provides a high level of quality care to each and every one of their patients. I would highly recommend them for your oral surgery needs!

Well I thought it was clean. The girls at the front desk were very nice. They made you fill Welcome. The girl that took me back to be checked. She was very nice. The Doctor was great. He was honest and let me know what he thought right off. I would for sure recommend them. Didn't want to go and still don't want to. But I will cause they made me fill like a person not just your average joe. If you need to be checked get checked there. I went to be checked because I been chewing for 46 years. And I was wondering.

My experience yesterday at Downeast Oral Surgery for a tooth extraction was a sense of welcoming, expertise, and comfort. Upon entering the office, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable receptionist who immediately informed me of the process. I was then taken to the back offices by a surgical nurse, who informed me of the process and timing of the procedure. Dr. Aldridge then came in and repeated the process, which eased my stress level. I was impressed by the friendliness of all the staff and especially the doctor’s confidence and dexterity. I did not have to guess as to what would be happening next in the procedure. I realized that there would be some discomfort, but it gave me such a sense of relief for the staff and doctor to tell me beforehand what to expect. The doctor’ s call last evening to me to see how I was doing and how quickly he returned my call today only enhances my impression of how he leads his practice by example. I am grateful to all of you. Thank you, Peter Johnson

Dr. Aldridge and his staff were caring and kind.I was at his office for a consultation regarding a possible extraction and implant. Dr. Aldridge reviewed all my medical history and new films and advised I was not a candidate at this time. He explained everything and reassured me that I could see him if I had any problems and not have to wait to get an appointment. I am very happy that should I need him in the future, I can return to the office for treatment. Highly recommend Dr. Aldridge.

This is the first review or post I have ever done, but the way I was treated and listened to was beyond any Dr. I had ever seen so I had to do this. My experience when I had 2 teeth extracted was fully 5 stars!! Dr. Aldridge is amazing and so is all his staff. My health is very poor and I had such slow healing and complications because of this. I could talk to Dr. Aldridge any time via text during my healing process and his staff were so attentive and caring as well as the receptionists up front. He and his staff are people first rather than business first. Always there for me during whole process. I felt truly blessed of God through their hands.
